The location of the hotel is not very obvious.

The place is exactly as one can expect from reviews and description. It is a small budget hotel in an apartment house around Termini area. It is not new and Termini area is not perfect, but the price is reasonable. Very friendly and helpful staff, good internet connection, typical Italian breakfast, clean room - if I came to Rome, I would stay again in the same hotel.

Some people might not be happy with the noise on the street - there is a tram line in front of the building that is quite noisy early in the morning.

The shampoo I think is better in a container in the shower or something like that, but those little bags you give are like disappointment. Breakfast too many sweet things… maybe would be better with boils eggs or something salty like ham and cheese… was only sweet… with jam, Nutella and sweet pastry (was good) but you can add or change for something not sweet.

The location was close to the train station and various landmarks ie Colosseum etc.

There was no parking available at all and we had to drive around for a while to find a parking space which was stressful. The lift was very small and we could not fit all our luggage and had to make 2 journeys up and down. It was also annoying as we had carry our keys around with us as without it we could not access the main building and other entrance doors within the building. However, we had only one set of keys which meant we all had to leave and enter at the same time which was annoying. Breakfast was boring as there were just juice, croissants and biscuits which was given to us in a tray the evening before. Also, we stayed 2 days and there was hardly anyone around to ask if you had a query especially check out time early in the morning.

Exceptionally friendly staff that catered for questions and needs. Very clean floors to walk on barefoot. The location next to Termini is excellent and Colosseum is maybe 10 minutes away. Fridge in the room, filled with yoghurt and drinks, fruit for breakfast. Breakfast was pre-packaged (e.g. croissants) and delivered the evening before, you could make your own hot drinks in the kitchen.

Other guests were noisy and due to the nature of this establishment they are next door. The environment directly around the house is somewhat shabby and "train station like".

The location is ideal for tourists as the main attractions are in walking distance and very closed to Termini train station where we could easily take train or bus to surrounding towns, cities and airport. Restaurants are at the door too. We like the service Sesto Suites had provided. They were always ready for any assistance, not only during our stay but even after. The receptionist, an indian men, is very polite and helpful. The room with high ceiling was always clean. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rome

The property was close to the main station Termini, for bus, train or metro. restaurants, shops and cafes close by check in was easy and we were informed that breakfast would be delivered in the evening to have the following morning. in the room there was a fridge, wardrobe, table, hairdryer in the modern bathroom. once the trams stopped running and the shutters were closed it was very quiet.

during the day / evening loud with the tram going past. a lot of stairs to the 4th floor, ok going down. there is a lift however was slightly scary as we don’t like lifts anyway.

The location is great, near the Termini Station, however pls take note that the station is not safe so please pay attention of your belonging closely.

The neighbourhood isn’t pleaseant

Really nice room with everything you need (except EU - IT adapters for kettle and hairdryer). The bed was really big and comfortable, everything was clean, location was great.

I was messaged three times by the staff asking for my check in time, even though I had already replied promptly. No thank you or goodbye on check out.

Well located, private bathroom, clean, breakfast included and nice staff, they let us keep our luggage there before check-in and after check-out, which was perfect

Kitchen was disorganized, capuccino machine had an issue with the milk, some walls were dirty and decoration was odd
