I was delighted by the exceptional warmth and friendliness of the staff who not only informed me about everything I needed but also provided additional recommendations for dining options. Although I don't recall the name of the first receptionist I met upon arrival, I distinctly remember Sonia, who served me breakfast. Both were incredibly kind, and Sonia's radiant smile is something I'll always remember. The breakfast was wonderfully satisfying and plentiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the option to dine on their beautiful open-air terrace.

The only thing missing was a soap dish in the shower, which would have been very useful. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My husband had to go to the hospital, and this was only a 4 minute cab ride away in a quiet, established residential area. The staff were excellent and did their best to make a difficult situation better. They worked with me regarding my uncertain dates and made me feel entirely welcome. I will never forget their kindness. The room was a nice size, and with the window open, it was lovely and bright. It had a good, hot shower, and good water pressure, which is not always the case in Italy. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast (included) was basic, but tasty, with a selection of fresh pastries, meats and cheese, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and some of the best coffee ever! The building is secure and gated, but even without that, I would feel safe here. Indeed, I walked around the neighborhood by myself and never felt insecure with the surroundings. There is a convenience store within easy walking distance and many little bakeries, trattoria, and shops. It is near a bus station, from which you can access all of Rome. I would highly recommend Gemini Suites and will make a point of staying here in the future, if possible.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything was clean and pur stay was comfortable. The host was very friendly and accommodating and served a great continental breakfast

The check in process after hours was a bit hard, as instructions initially were in Italian. There was time to get this translated before arrival, when we booked. Luckily our driver that picked us up from airport was very good and waited until we were in the building. He helped us with communication with the host via phone. We were very grateful he was there.

Extremely friendly and responsive staff, easy check-in, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms, nice breakfast, general sense of well-being. The value was good for what was provided.

The location is not entirely central, the hot water was inconsistent, and the hair dryer didn't work... but otherwise it is an excellent facility.

The quality of the rooms and facilities are absolutely fantastic and a great deal for the price! The staff as well are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the delicious coffee...

Only issue is that the location is a bit far from the center of the city, but I was not in Rome for tourism so it wasn't an issue for me.

The staff was very nice and the room modern and clean. The price is good for Rome, you preferibly need to have a car if you stay here but they are very organized for that because there is an internal parking for the guests!

In general there was nothing I didnt like!

The room was clean. Street of the suite is cute and also breakfast is given top of the building. It is very enjoyable especially for sunny weather. Stuff is very helpful. Foods is very limited in terms of type but it is delicious. At the end, you can check in online, it is very practical.

Water should be in the room. It is main food for body.

Location and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is verry poor and same thing every day. They don't have internal restaurant; you have to go out for dinner and other meals. The is a limitation of language when you need help in Inglish.

The overall building and room was cute and it was close to where I needed to be. The staff were friendly and helpful. We told them we didn't have hot water to shower and theh immediately went to see why that was so.

it was a really good place to spend de week , the staff was wonderful , very polite and thoughtful with us . as well they are really clean and the apartment is really new . the breakfast incredible

The place where is located is not the best because of the security but I have no bad words for the germini suites
