Location was good. Close to Waldorf Astoria hotel from which Sixt rental cars can be hired. Is in a nice (safe) part of the city close to the Vatican. Good frequent bus route close by. Property is nicely landscaped with lemon trees and the roof top breakfast room is nice where we were served by a very attentive young man.

They are in the process of developing additional rooms but this work didn’t affect our stay. My main issue is that there is minimal sound proofing between the rooms. For example rooms 3 and 8 are divided by an internal, locked door but you can hear other guests snoring, which is a bit unusual. Could be fixed with additional sound proofing. The owner’s English isn’t great so be prepared to communicate via Google Translate.

I like the vibes and the staff were very friendly and decent. The location was good but was a bit far from city center. The breakfast was very good and it was nice that the woman there did it all by herself. We enjoyed everything

If you want a quite place this is the right one. The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. Also, they had a garden which was very well maintained! The breakfast is served in terrace and it was amazing! Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is a bit far from the city Centre and top attractions, so prepare to walk a lot. But, there is an option to take the metro which is not to far from the hotel, but after 9PM you have to search for buses in this area.

The hotel was excellent. The room was very big and stylish and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely each morning and it was nice to have a bit of peace and quiet to yourself before a busy day in the city. The guy that runs the hotel Aldo was very friendly and made a fuss of our baby which was really nice. Will definitely stay again when I return to Rome.

Normally check-in closes in the evening, and we expected to arrive later than that, so we pre-booked a late check-in for a fee of €30 euros. However, our flights were then severely delayed, but a team members stayed at the hotel until 1 o'clock in the morning to make sure my colleague can check-in safely, which is amazing! They were very understanding and accommodating.

Quite. Lovely location little bit of a walk from the centre, but the public transport is very good. Good local restaurants. C

Nothing really. The staff went 'out of their way' to make everything happen as it should. Would get a taxi from the station on arrival though. We did and felt it was worth it.

There was a clean room, great breakfast and very pleasant helpful staff. It was very quiet in the hotel. Only 15 min to the metro station Cipro and the center of the city.

The description wasn't correct. We have booked the last free room with a few beds and sofa. But when we arrived, there was only one double bed in the room from the list.

Very nice staff. Perla was very kind and pleasant. Marius was amazing, he gave us instructions for transportation and was very helpful with booking tickets for opera and museums. I would love to stay there again.

Our stay was exceptional. The rooms were exactly as described and shown in the listing. Very clean and plenty of space. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast included was fantastic. Every morning as soon as we walked to the breakfast area, we were greeted and served coffee. The yard space is well maintained.

Typical Roman guesthouse, lavishly styled room. Terrace breakfast was wonderful. Checked in late at night, but instructions on how to get in were clear and precise. Close to Vatican City. Friendly and helpful staff.

Located on a hill, making a long walk into Rome city centre with nearest train about 1.5km away.
