Prime location right beside the Vatican! Rooms are very spacious with new bathrooms! Definitely recommend a stay here as it is great value for money!

You must buzz the door everything to get in and leave keys at reception. While this is convenient at times it does require interaction with the receptionist who can be busy sometimes and you must wait.

I LOVED the location !!! It was close to many restaurants and metro stations so easy access. The hotel is just standard, nothing special and does the job.

The massive windows facing the Vatican building so many people queuing outside and can be a bit noisy as it’s by a busy road. Bathroom needs to be modernised & not the best breakfast. Apart from that, everything else was okay.

Very close to the metro station, walking distance to the Vatican and safe area to walk at night. Spacious room and spacious bathroom. Rooms were very clean. Powerful cooling AC, wonderful for warm days. Staff always very friendly. Mini fridge in the room.

You need to leave room key at reception. Elevator sometimes wasn’t working. Only one pillow provided. Heating for drying towels in the bathroom wasn’t working.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, an old convent. The location is very convenient, a nice view from the window of the Vatican museum and a constant queue. Very nice staff.

The rooms look a little better in the photos than in real life, but generally it's not a big problem.

Fridge in our room didn’t work, and would have like some more toiletries provided but otherwise everything was great!

The staff were welcoming and friendly and have good safety advice.

Very basic room, the shower was not very powerful. No hot drink making facilities.

The place was great. AC worked, the bed was hard but I like that so it was awesome. Great location, easy to get too and even though we were facing the street of the Vatican you couldn't really hear them at all. The room came with a safe and the receptionist was amazing he helped us out so much and gave us a ton of useful information! Proximity to the Vatican was nice and about a 20 min walk to the Pantheon and historic Rome so was walkable.

They give you the smallest amount of soap and shampoo which wasn't great. They only allow AC after June 1st which we arrived on so that was lucky and the WIFI only works in the lobby not in the rooms which was inconvenient but not the end of the world as we bought a sim.

The location was very good. The room had a very good size and the bed was large and comfortable. A small bench or an armchair of some sort could be a nice add on for the future. A second place to sit other than the bed would be the cherry on top. Very very friendly and lovely staff!

There was a bit of noice from the load outside, but with the windows closed it wasn't too bad. A small bench / armchair could be a nice improvement. Two pillows per person would also be good improvement for the bed.

Everything. From first contact with hotel staff you feel that you are welcome. Room was nice and clean with proper bathroom with everything that you need for your stay. Breakfast facilities are on top of the hotel and there is small terrace which you can use if weather is fine which for us was (February). Food choices were ok for us, there are some cold cuts, boiled and scrambled eggs etc and also if you like sweet breakfast there is variety of croissants and cakes. It is self serving but there is staff member to prepare coffee for you who was also as everyone else very friendly and polite. All in all for us staying there was perfect.
