The room was very comfortable and relaxing. The balcony was pleasant in the morning for a cup of coffee and in the evening for a glass of wine. The bathroom provided us with great amenities. Would return to this BnB the next time we travel to Rome.

The breakfast is high in carbs. How about some fruit? Please be aware that the shower is leaking from the wall. Also, please consider providing a box of kleenex (tissues). Otherwise, the facilities were great! Grazie!

We had a wonderful one night stay at this establishment. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and walking through the courtyard. We needed a shuttle ride very early to the airport which I tried to schedule through emails directly to the staff and through Booking.com before our arrival. There was a complication with my phone not receiving messages so I was not responding to the staff asking for verification on details, but they still made sure that they had a shuttle scheduled for us. We are truly grateful for their kindness and dedication in helping us even though it appeared we were ignoring their communications to us.

The location was great. As a solo traveller the security access was excellent. I was pleased there was a lift to the 3rd floor. I was so grateful I could store my luggage after check out for part of the day. The room and bathroom were spotless. There was a little fridge in my room. I was grateful for the air conditioner. Restaurants and early breakfast places are only metres away. My main purpose staying here was to visit the Vatican and the location was superb! Just a 4 minute walk from the closest metro station.

The rooms were advertised with "coffee machine". In fact, this was an electric kettle in the kitchen with tea, coffee sachets. No milk was supplied. There could have been a complimentary bottle of fresh water in my room fridge as this was what I experienced in all other places I stayed. It's always a nice welcoming touch when the temperatures are above 30°.

It's a great location, especially if the primary interest is Vatican City, only 400m from the entrance to the Vatican Museum. Because of the close location, we visited daily St. Peter's Square. The major spots in Rome were within walking distance or easily accessible with the nearby metro. Communication was easy, and responses were quick if some questions arose. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch. We would stay here again if visiting the Vatican Museum. For information, if you get the room to the street, don't worry, the windows can be closed so no noise would disturb your sleep. The shower was clean, so a very nice place to stay for your trip to Vatican/Rome.

We were there only on night and, while the accommodations were basic, the little room was very comfortable. The double bed was THE most comfortable bed in our entire stay . The shower and bathroom were awkwardly tiny, but the showerhead was a beast, best shower in all of Italy! We had an early train to Florence and missed the comp breakfast. There is a wonderful little balcony overlooking a charming courtyard, but a freak hailstorm precluded its use! The host arranged car service to the train and we appreciated Amor Eddy so much we called him for a very early airport pickup 7 days later. Small yet comfortable in a good location. Recommended for short stays. 4 stars.

For our one night it was very comfortable. For two people willing to share a bed , no negatives here. The TV was very small tho hello Charlotte we didn't even use it.

The room was spacious and definitely had a lovely view of the garden from the balcony. The breakfast was adequate and served to our requested times. The location was good for the Vatican and for eating out at night. The accommodation had a shared kitchen so if we had wanted to we could have cooked for ourselves. The member of staff was exceedingly pleasant and very efficient.

The description did not make you aware that this was a set of rooms in a residential apartment building. Not in itself a problem but the description did not make this clear.

It's in a great central location, just a five-minute walk to the Vatican Museums, with plenty of public transportation options in the area, such as buses, metro, and trams. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included in the stay and could be delivered right to the door, but we also had the option to enjoy a delightful croissant and coffee at the cafe downstairs. The place feels a bit more like a bed and breakfast, featuring a nicely equipped shared kitchen for all rooms. I highly recommend this spot.

There was nothing I didn't like, only a few things that could be improved, such as the walls, which could be repainted because there were a few marks on them.

The location was great, and the breakfast at the café across the street on Sunday was great too. The breakfast offered there consisted mostly on processed foods but it was ready. Friendly staff. AC great, which is a must during summer time in Rome.

It would be helpful to clarify that the place is an apartment with rooms and almost every floor in the building is a different "hotel".

The contactless check in was smooth and easy, and quickly responded to WhatsApp messages if we had any queries. The comfortable bed, metal blinds (blocking out noise and light) and effective air con made for a great nights sleep. We were not disturbed by any outside noise at all and our room was facing the main street. The location is perfect for day tripping to the Vatican and only a short walk to the metro into central.

Our only negative was the shower. The temperature was temperamental, it lacked any power and at one point we had to reassemble the shower enclosure as this had come apart when opening the sliding door. It could definitely do with an upgrade. That being said, the rest of the bathroom is very well furnished and it by no means would stop us staying here again for the location, cost and a good nights sleep.

A rare 10. Location - convenience to metro, shops,. restaurants. 3rd floor, and elevator worked! Simple access protocol, baggage drop if needed. Room set up as triple a bit tight, but as a double would be PLENTY room. . The best mattresses we've experienced this trip 'firm' support but comfy. Bathroom size/cleanliness excellent. Very accommodating, Bravo Tiziana!! Balcony a plus. Kitchen good for simple meal.
