Location is great! Very close to Metro and Vatican. Plenty of restaurants and next to a Carrefour Express grocery store. Very clean and surprisingly quiet considering the busy streets outside. We really appreciated the shared kitchen and coffee bar.

Not sure where the moisture came from, but it was damp in the room in the morning. Nothing was damaged, but it was odd. A tiny issue is that only half of the front door to the apartment opens. So it is a tight squeeze with luggage.

The 4 room guest house is in a big period style building in Prati, only one block from the Musei Vaticano. It is about 150m from the Ottaviano Metro Station. The area is upscale and not dicey like the area of Termini Station at all. The room is very nice. Everything was new and in good order. The bathroom was perfect. The window of the room looked into the center courtyard of the building. It was the only one of the 4 guest rooms that didn't face the street, which in Rome is very noisy. The A/C worked very well. There is a small shared semi-kitchen (only a fridge and microwave) that you can use at breakfast. There is a small fridge in the room too. There are 2 supermarkets within 100m. Hundreds of tourist oriented restaurants nearby. Overall, a beautiful place to stay.

The entry process to the building was too complex with smart phone codes and many many emails. My phone charging cord was having problems and I had much anxiety about how you must use the email link to open the 3 doors you pass, all before my battery died. Silvia was nice and did ultimately send me a digital code to get in but it was buried in the 17 emails that I received from the guest house and Booking. If you are 100% comfortable with digital remote check in and entry and constantly checking for emails, then you will be comfortable with this.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Rome! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a Carrefour market right next door, which made shopping for essentials incredibly easy. The neighborhood is lovely, offering a great mix of charm and practicality, with everything you need close by. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Rome!

The apartment is so clean and comfortable. The facilities are excellent with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The location is excellent being a street away from the Vatican City. Buses run at the end of the street which is great to explore the city and very cheap as well. The coffee and pastries for breakfast are in a really lovely cafe at the end of the road. Staff could not have been more helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this apartment. We were able to leave our luggage safely until our flight home which was very convenient.

The property is extremely conveniently located, being at only a 3/4 minutes walking distance from Vatican City entrance gate. The Ottaviano metro stop is at a 5 minutes walking distance as well. The stay is located in a charming old Italian building and the elevator is original to the building, which means it opens after half a flight of stairs and has a small opening door. But it does the job and is really charming to those who enjoy history and architecture. The access to the property is keyless and convenient. The staff is helpful and kind. The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is at Tre cafe which is a great cafe round the corner in the same building. The breakfast included was smaller than what we are used to, but delicious, and we could order more. Overall we loved the stay and it was worth the money compared to Roman rates.

They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, offering great recommendations and always being available to help with anything I needed. Their warm and friendly service truly made a difference.

Could not have been better! We had an amazing stay in a very central location near the Vatican. The historic atmosphere was perfect, yet it wasn't noisy at all. There's a convenient little shop nearby for buying essentials like water and other items. We also enjoyed a delightful Italian breakfast at a nearby café, with the pistachio croissants being a standout! A special shoutout to our absolutely incredible host, Silvia. She was always accessible and proactive in helping us with any questions or needs. Thank you, Silvia – our wonderful experience in this amazing city is all thanks to you.

A wonderful place to stay especially for couples. Very good location right by the Vatican museum. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and very good air con.

Would be nice to have a lock on the bathroom door and a kettle inside the room itself rather than communal, but not the end of the world!

Fantastic location, just 250 meters from Vatican museum entrance. Apartments were clean and easy to enter (weblink key). Comfortable bed and pillow. New towels. Communication with owner was pleasant and helpful. Usually I live near Vatican, when I travel in Rome and this apartment was the best I ever rent before
