The staff were welcoming, and everything was as you would expect, clean and no bigger surprises. This "praise" section is short, but so it goes... when all is working as it should, nobody even notices, so this is a good sign and overall we liked our stay.

The fridge was not functional. It made noise, but did not cool down at all. Everything about the room and staff was alright, but this is one big flaw in mid July, with 40 degree temperatures. We had no way of cooling down water and beverages. We didn't stay long, so we didn't complain. In case you get around to fixing it, we stayed in room 102. Also, one of the nights we spent there, we went to sleep at 10PM, but other guests were noisy and loud up until 1AM. We were really exhausted that day from all the sightseeing, so it didn't feel great. Despite all of this, I do want to emphasize that the staff were all too kind and would probably solve all of this had we complained, but we chose not to.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Rome, about 4km from the city center. You can get to the center by foot. We've done that but you do this only once :-) The metro station is about 1,5 km away from the hotel. To get to the metro station you can take the bus which stops in front of the hotel or you can go by foot. The metro takes you in no time to the center of Rome (Coloseum). The hotel itself has very quiet, comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast is just perfect. And than there is the staff : these people are just the best !

The only little drawback was the bathroom. It was allways very clean but also very small. But hey, the fantastic staff made me forget that little inconviency.

Rooms were big enough, the staff was very cordial and helping. The air conditioner was very well functional, specially when one of the days it was almost 40 degrees. The best thing about the hotel was its approach. Really close to the Bus stop which connects to Rome Tirburtina Station (from where one can connect to metro, other city buses or other regional or fast trains). Liked that the bathroom has bidet.

The shower space was small. Breakfast was too basic.

The hotel is very good for travelers who want to visit Rome cheaply. It is located quite close to the center. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Breakfasts are very tasty. There is nothing missing, although it could be more diverse. A plus is the coffee that they always ask about at breakfast. The service at the reception is very polite and helpful, especially Mrs. Naila, who told us about Rome, what is worth visiting and above all what transport to use. She always start a conversation, asked what our plans were for the day, etc. I wish there were more nice people like She.

The showers are a huge disadvantage, they are small, and I am a big guy so I did not fit through the door. The rain shower is also a disadvantage. The lack of a flexible nozzle makes washing difficult. The last disadvantage is the electricity system. After removing the card from the socket, the electricity disappears in the entire room. Things left in the fridge after the whole day are suitable for throwing away. The fridge should work after removing this card.

-Isabel (one of the receptionists) was superb! She is super kind, professional and always willing to help guests. -Water from the shower was hot enough to warm us at night when we showered. -The bed was very comfortable. -Heating in the room was optimal. -Location is great! Bus stop is right across the street and connects you with Tiburtina and Termini stations for metro, bus and train transportation. -Breakfast was good and got even better when staff went the extra mile to offer us eggs (after we asked if they could include them). -WiFi signal was great throughout the hotel. Will definitely be staying in this hotel next time I visit Rome! 10/10

Dear Potential Guests, The hotel is a fair one considering the ratio price-quality. It is a 3 star hotel superior, from my point of view. The rooms are very clean and the surface of the rooms are big enough . We had two rooms, for two and three persons and both had a large surface compared to even 4 stars modern hotels. For the Romanian speakers language they can find in the Hotel a person from ROMANIA-Ms.Roxana that cleans very good the rooms and it is also present on breakfast to help the romanian speakers. The breakfast is enough various and tasty. We arrived from CIA airport (CIAMPINO) ,not from the main Roman airport-FCO.(Fiumiciono-Leonardo Da Vinci Airport). Please be aware that from CIAMPINO is very hard to arrive with public transport,as well like with TAXI/UBER/BOLT/etc. The taxis we asked for increased the prices, we waited, and even with high prices they gave up to our orders (e.g.cost CIA-H.Bella Vita-120 euro and we still did not find an available car for 5 persons !) If you recruited a plane that landed on CIA airport, we suggest you to take a bus to the Rome center and after you approach on a certain point to descend and to take a taxi from that point! It works! We did in this way! We suggest you to download the app ATAC ROMA if you intend to travel with public roman transport available on https://www.atac.roma.it/With a good GPSg signal on the phone the app can track where you are and function of the station you ask for the app will give you alternatives with information live of every bus.Near the hotel there are two bus stations-Bus number 409 (PORTONACCIO GALLIANO) and Bus number 545 (THOMASSO DE CRISTOFORIS).The bus 409 is a regular one and we recommend it.You can take the busses till STAZIONE TIBURTITINA and then change with a METRO line Please be aware that there are many stations with the same TIBURTINA name.See end station/sense/direction!

Staff were wonderful. We were able to avail of a slightly early check in. Furthermore at breakfast we found the staff to be so kind, friendly and helpful

Our AC didn’t work. They did bring us a small machine to help but it didn’t work that well so unfortunately the room was very hot.

It was a pleasant stay especially with the staff that is very friendly, when we arrived there we met Isabel first, from the reception. She was very nice, friendly and we communicated easy and she helped us with details about how to get to places in the city. Thank you Isabel!

The best staff members ever. Isabel went above and beyond to help us out in navigating our trip in Rome, as well as other staff members were also really nice. The breakfast that was included in the price excelled my expectations. Although a bit far from the center, the hotel is the best one for its price.
