I am happy I selected this place for my very first visit to Rome. Friendly and helpful personnel made my journey even more comfortable and pleasant. Thanks, Alan for the useful information. A delicious breakfast in a cozy restaurant and a morning coffee served with a smile and attention by Gulam (sorry if I mistyped the name) is the best start of the day. The place is very clean. Last, but not least - the location is perfect, to reach all the places to visit during the day, and in the evening to hang out in the restaurant in the same street, there are a lot of them.

We arrived a little early and they had a room available for us which was great news. The room for four people was a good size for sleeping and luggage, and there was a great balcony. Proximity to the Colosseum area is great, and there are a lot of restaurants close by. For a bustling and touristy area, the room was quiet and dark at night. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the trip.

As to be expected, the bathroom was extremely small. This was a challenge with four people sharing. The elevator is also extremely tight. You can't fit more than two people at a time with luggage, so there was often a wait for the elevator. Some higher quality pillows and bedding would raise the rating of this property.

What great people! And excellent communication to ensure all was ready for us when we arrived. They set up two twin beds plus a double which was perfect for us and our two teens. The bar was was excellent for an espresso and pastry or a glass of wine. It was quiet.

At first we had had low chairs for a high table, but they fixed that halfway through our stay without us even mentioning it. What we needed most were lamps. With only one really bright overhead, we were unable to lower the light for folks who wanted to go to bed before others. Finally, we were surprised by the need for a large cash payment at the end for taxes.

Perfect choice for such a beautiful city. I loved the hotel-room was very clean, staff is the most friendliest, location is just superb- 5 mins to Colosseum, 15 mins to Termini and about 15 mins to the main attractions. Having an AC in the room was bonus for me :) I had breakfast at the hotel, very delicious and limitless coffee/tea. The guys working at the kitchen were so lovely and attentive to each guest! And also I could leave my baggage completely free till my departure time. I'll definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone, and will re-book it for my next trip to Rome.

No that I did not like but I'd appreciate the hotel to provide separately shampoo, body gel wash and hair conditioner :) Luckily I had all personal items with myself, but maybe a little improvement would make the guests stay much better. But overall no complaints at all :)

Location is really good (very close to the Colosseum), the staff at the reception was really friendly and making sure that everything was running smoothly. Also the cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. Although the room was small (which I find normal for Rome), it had enough amenities to make the stay more pleasant. No noise comes from outside which is appreciated to get some good rest after walking the entire day! Hotel is easy to reach from the main train station by bus and metro. We have Air conditioning in the room, which is necessary during summer!

Bathroom is quite small but was well-equipped. Unfortunately there was no place inside the bathroom to hang the towel to dry

Air conditioner worked super well but the room cleaners kept changing the temperature I’d set it to or would switch it on if I switched it off which was annoying. The beds were comfortable and the trims clean. Location was amazing! I walked everywhere. Even to the Vatican (50 mins)

The cleaning crew adjusted the temperature of the air conditioner. And the way the showers were set up meant that a water hose ran from one wall to a corresponding wall of the shower and cut the space in the shower by about 1/3

Great location, one block from the Colosseum, and weighing easy walking distance to Termini station, Piazza Navona, and Trastevere. The area around the hotel felt very safe for Rome, which was important to me as a female solo traveler. The room was clean, comfortable, and the AC was amazing in +30°c temps. The front desk staff were great, but the two gentlemen running the breakfast room were exceptionally hospitable.

This hotel is the perfect location for exploring the classic ancient Roman ruins, being a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. It was also only a 5-10 minute walk to the excellent Monti wine bars. Very nice, clean property. Our room was not spacious but was big enough for our young-adult kids to each have their own beds. We had a nice balcony overlooking the street below and the surrounding area. We could see some of the ruins in the Forum from our balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us much valuable advice about how to get around and where to eat, etc.

The location was very accessible to walking to all the major sites or if not (as in going to the Vatican) it was so easy to hop on the nearby metro stop by the hotel. The rooms and hotel space was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had rooms that faced both the front and the back of the hotel and it was quiet for sleeping which was great! We stayed in seemingly rated higher hotels in 2 other cities in Italy and we were most comfortable at this hotel. The breakfast was an ample spread and so nice to have the option before heading out to site see. The biggest plus was the staff who across the board were extremely helpful and gracious. Definitely would return.

The location of hotel is great - close to the main sightseengs, Colloseo is just in front of entrance. The check-in was smooth and reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. There is a fridge in the room, so you can store your food (or prosecco :) there if needed. Wi-Fi connection was good, so I used internet connection without any restrictions. There is a supermarket with local italian food and essential items just a few steps from the hotel. It takes around 15-20 minutes by foot to reach Termini in order to catch your train or bus. A lot os shops and restaurants around to have a dinner or aperitive. We enjoyed our staying in wonderful Rome.
