The building is such a lovely building. The high ceilings are amazing and the 3 points of entry make you feel very safe. The old style lift Is a nice touch too. Once in your room the room is very modern and has everything you need. Shower is very spacious. The location is fantastic, so close walk to the colluseum which made the nights perfect as the walks around the area at night are fantastic seeing all the history, statues and buildings at night is fantastic. Colluseum at night is a MUST. The location being so good saves so much money on taxis, metro etc. Over the road is restaurants one open until 5am serving amazing pizzas/pasta. There is also a Irish pub 'the shamrock rome' - which also serves great burgers and great for watching Any football and a great selection of beers and atmosphere. Would 100% visit Rome again and stay here. The staff make it so easy to check in even If they aren't available in person everything is explained perfectly and make it a breeze. Loved it.

Can't say anything bad about this place.

The location is great. The room seems to be newly renovated. It was spacious and comfortable. One of the few places in Rome with an Elevator.

The property was comfortable but the information about check in and check out time was confusing. It said 10.30am check in but when we arrived there and called them they said it meant 10.30 am onwards we could leave our baggage there but check in was only at 2pm. This was confusing cause I also mentioned my arrival time on messages. I did speak to them about it during check out and requested that they change this information so it’s more appropriate.

The location of this accommodation was excellent! So close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. It was easy to hail taxis on the street and there were some great dining options in the area. The room we booked was large and comfortable for the 3 of us. Flaminia was great during check-in and very helpful with getting us oriented.

There was an issue with the shower slowing draining and causing some minor flooding in the bathroom. But I messaged Flaminia about it and I'm sure it will be resolved for the next guests. There was also a night where some other guests (I assume they were guests, I didn't feel comfortable going to check) seemingly couldn't get into the main reception area and they kept ringing the doorbell. Eventually the issue was resolved, not sure how. It was annoying in the moment but I don't think this is the fault of the guesthouse. I assume the guests lost the info for getting into the reception area or something like that, and since the reception is only open for certain hours, they weren't available to help right away.

* The Location was very great, near the Coliseum and many tourist spots. Restaurants and shops are nearby. * The host is really accommodating and very nice. She even suggested some local restaurants ans she even went out of her way to accommodate our late check in. * The place is clean and very comfortable. They even put some flowers in our room. The old elevator is also cool.

We weren‘t able to use the utensils because it‘s a little dirty. I‘m sure the host would have change it if we mention so it‘s not a big deal.

Location- close to colisseum and Roman forum etc. Metro station- Cavour close by for access to the city. Close to restaurants and bars. Compact, clean room. Met by receptionist for entry and information. Staff contactable but we didn’t require anything. Coffee machine and pods provided, filtered water available- thank you.

Expensive accommodation for what it was,but this appears to be Rome in general.

February 2023

The room was a modern, ideal size and spotless. We had everything we needed ( coffee maker, towels, shampoo, shower gel). The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The warm air from the air-conditioning worked excellently and the room was warm in February. Contact with the staff was perfect and we got answers to all our questions. The location of the Guesthouse is excellent, very close to every sightseeing point. Check-in and check-out were easy and we received instructions before arrival.

The only drawback is that the area is quite noisy and at night we were woken up several times by some sounds of renovations in nearby areas or very noisy lorries.

Location close to the Colosseum was excellent and the road it was on although lively goes hand in hand with the abundance of places to eat and shop. The room was spacious and clean and the self check in instructions were clear and easy to follow

The double bed is actually made up of two single beds pushed together which results in a noticeable seam down the middle and the walk in shower in our room seemed to suffer from slow drainage which required us to reduce the flow or have very quick showers to prevent flooding.

A quick walk to the Colosseum can’t be beat! It’s located on a busy street, but it wasn’t so noisy that it affected our sleep. We were able to easily contact the owner via What’sApp. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. We would absolutely stay again!

Secure, modern and clean. Easy checking in with instructions clearly written in English. The bathroom was amazing compared to the many I’ve had to endure on this trip. The shower was especially fantastic. When I met Flaminia at reception, I was warmly greeted and felt immediately welcomed.

Perhaps there could’ve been more privacy with the glass tiles and slightly opaque door of the bathroom. And the vanity sink has been cracked by a previous guest. Soundproofing from neighbouring bathrooms was thin but not a deal breaker.

All is good, the room clean, with very nice view to the city, Elevator, refrigerator, air-conditioner - all work and very helpful). The check-in was very easy with detailed explanation. Location very close to the Coliseum and there is a central location!
