Loved the decor...very fitting of the era of the property and the fact we were in Rome. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was excellent. Walked out of the apartment, and we could see the Colosseum ahead! Wow! The area of Monti was great for sightseeing and getting around especially as the metro was out of action. Situated in a pretty square with some nice restaurants. Once we had overcome our technical difficulties check-in and out very easy.

Nothing! Liked it all. Getting in posed a few minor issues. As we are not very well conversed with mobile phones we struggled to get the WhatsApp going to get the information to get in! Funny now...but at midnight not so much. We had been sent half the information but needed the last little bit which was actually a very helpful video!

You definitely need to book this place when you go to Rome! This is not my first time in Rome, I was looking for an accommodation in this exact area, because it is quite safe, close to all the main attractions (it was important for us that we could walk everywhere, there are many restaurants, cafes (literally downstairs you can eat delicious gelato or other Italian desserts), grocery stores (they’re not big, but you can find there almost all you need). Just before coming, we’ve been provided with some file with tips about places where to eat, that was very very very helpful! We followed them + we found our favorite spots (for example, just a min walk from an accommodation we found a tiny pizza place, which we visited everyday, when we wanted to have a quick meal, and every time it was delicious :) What I loved the most that the windows overlook a small square with a fountain, so there was a lot of light in the room. Although there were always many people on that square (yes, we also spent a lot of time downstairs by that fountain eating an ice cream), the noise from the street absolutely did not bother us. The room was small, but very comfortable, clean and very quiet, we didn’t hear anything/anyone from the other rooms. I liked that there was a coffee machine and a kettle. What I personally missed is some glasses for water and maybe a big trash bin. The bathroom was quite spacious and warm. Everything was very clean! Our room was on the first floor, we walked up the stairs, but there’s also a small elevator to get upstairs. We were in constant contact with the owner (I guess) of this place, Alessio always promptly answered our questions and tried to help, many many thanks for this! If we plan a trip to Rome again, we will definitely stay over there! ✨

The room was great! It's spacious, comfortable, and clean, and it was so easy to find the building. Giuseppe was awesome - he was always available if I had a question or needed help, provided recommendations for the area, and gave very clear check in instructions. But the best part of the stay is the location! There is a really good cafe literally next door, it's about a 3 minute walk to the metro, and there are so many amazing restaurants and shops nearby. The best part though is when you step outside, you can see the Colosseum up the street and are less than a 10 minute walk away. The location is unbeatable! Highly recommend!

The friendliness of the staff is exemplary. Our host Giuseppe was helpful throughout our stay in Rome. Always available for questions and coming up with great suggestions and solutions. Also, the location of this small hotel is just perfect. Right in the heart of the Monti neighbourhood. With the Coloseum at very short walking distance. We did most of our explorations on foot, and one day, we rented a bicycle, which is a great way to reach some highlights that are further away from Monti. The hotel is situated at a cute square with multiple bars and restaurants available for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, and dinner. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this location.

The small hotel is built inside an old apartment building. They created multiple rooms in one old apartment. Some of the walls/doors are not well isolated against noise, so we woke up sometimes when other guests were arriving or departing.

The room itself as well as the building were amazing. Further the environment is fabulous. Right next to it is a wonderful little piazza with a romantic fountain surrounded by some nice breakfast spots and bars (no worries, the windows are super insulated, you don’t hear a thing in the room). Colosseum is like 5 min away, and trevi fountain 10-15 min walk. Although some coins think it’s super touristic, it isn’t there a nice little hidden paths with wonderful restaurants and bars (I barely saw there tourists besides me 😉😅). If you are coming from the train station termini, it is a walking distance from 15-20min, and if you aren’t into walking, around the corner is directly a station. Last but not least, the host is super nice, really helpful and always within minutes reachable. I totally recommend this place 🤩 My mother and I had a wonderful time.

Great location, just 1km from the Coliseum and within easy walking distance of all the other tourist attractions in the city. Nice little restaurants close by and even directly outside. The building felt really secure. Very comfy bed and pillows. Nice that it overlooks a fountain (this has plus and minus points) Loved the beamed ceiling and some pretty features in the room. Nice coffee from the machine. Loved the Monti area of the city.

Some noise from around the building (music and running water) I'd recommend ear plugs and an eye mask as the room is bright during the night from street lights. Room was a bit small (size obviously stated on booking.com so I can't complain) Not much hanging space for longer items of clothing. Blinds or some kind of voile on the window would have been good as the room was directly overlooking the square /fountain (lots of people can easily see you in the window above)

Our room although small, had everything we needed. Great to have a small fridge and coffee machine in the room too, which was a bonus. The room was comfortable and cleaned each day, which was unexpected but very welcome. Location great, could see the colosseum from outside the apartments, lots of bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep in the small square. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. A beautiful city to spend my birthday ☺️ Communication with Alessio was great via WhatsApp, checking our arrival time, making sure we were happy with everything and sending a very comprehensive ‘tips’ list of restaurants, bars and supermarkets - excellent! Thank you to Undina who waited for our arrival and kept our luggage on checkout for a couple of hours, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend staying here or any other property hosted by these guys - thank you for our stay, I have no doubt I will be back in Roma in the future.

Excellent location and the host couldnt be nicer. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved that the room had black out drapery and absolutely zero noise from the piazza below. Super convenient to Monti restaurants and bars.

The AC just wasnt strong enough for us and the bathroom was extremely hot. With a few minor repairs, and stronger AC, we would definitely stay here again. Its such an ideal location, great value, and with a bar right down stairs for breakfast or lunch, it was very convenient.

The host was very communicative, sending us a video on how to check-in ourselves as our flight landed very late at night. He was also quick to send us GREAT recommendations for food and drink and was there for us for anything we needed. The place was very clean and very central, a few minutes away from the Colosseum and many vintage shops and above a great little spot for coffee and breakfast. Whilst is is in a central location, the soundproofing was amazing and we were not at all affected by the sounds of the city below. Also, a lovely cleaning lady would come into our room every day to clean and tidy up. Overall a great experience.
