Very clean and nice room, the bathroom was better and bigger than in many other similar hotels near the railway station. Excellent bed.

No lift and no breakfast. But there is a really good bar accross the street serving breakfast.

Location is good with connections to termini and the metro a stones throw a way. You can also walk to trevi fountain in 20 mins and the colusseum in 20 mins too! The room itself was dated but it was clean and they tended to our room everyday. The staff were lovely. We had previously read online that the hotel doesn't offer luggage storage but ignore that as they do and the staff are super helpful. There is no lift but the staff offer to help carry bags/cases

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, which isn't the worst as there are plenty of cafes nearby but it's to be aware of. The entrance to the hotel is down a shared ally that leads to a fairly unwelcoming court yard and the initial street it's on isn't the best.. Bussly in the day but dead at night.. this isn't a hotel if you want to walk out the door straight into night life. But the Trevi area is and is only a 20 mins walk away. Or you can get the tube or bus

Didn't go expecting much from the hotel considering the price however It exceeded my expectations! The reception staff are super helpful and they kept our bags before check in and after check in for a number of hours free of charge. The room was exceptionally clean every day, the beds are comfortable and the provided blankets are very warm. the rolm itself wasn't too hot or too cold as ifs quite well insulated, also the room has a built in heater which works really well should you feel a bit chilly. The mini fridge works really well and keeps really cold. The location is prime, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station (termini) and within walking distance to 2 main attractions (Pjazza di Spagna & Fontana di Trevi) provided you don't mind walking a 15/20 mins.

Perfect location, right next to the main entrance of Termini station. Great neighborhood with good restaurants and on walking distance from Santa Maria Magiore cathedral and the Colosseum.

The hotel is on the inside patio which gets a bit noisy early in the morning and evening. Our room didn't have a proper window, just a small one on the entrance door. This could be inconvenient, but if you plan to be around the city all day, you will hardly notice the lack of windows.

The property was located near all local amenities and had good access to public transport. There was a slight issue with a leak in the toilet which was fixed. The staff - Michel and Bernardo were very courteous and helpful, really impressed by the services. The aircon worked quite well in the heat of 39 degrees. Every day the room was cleaned, The next time I visit Rome, will definitely go back and stay at Hotel Chicago.

The hotel's location was ideal, very close to the Termini. Our room was cleaned every day. Efficient air-conditioning in the room. Moreover, the gentlemen at the reception were friendly and extremely helpful. Our flight was late in the evening, and they kept the luggage in the storage room without any extra fee. Excellent value for money.

Perfect location, a few corners away from Termini and one corner to Santa Maria Maggiore. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and tidy and quiet.

The room is a bit too small, especially the bathroom. We had extreme hot weather and that was a challenge to the air condition.

Everything was just perfect! Hotel is very cute, on great location, just near Termini Station. The room was very clean, they clean it every day. Outside was cold, about 1-10 degrees, but in the room was warm and pleasant. Barthroom, bed, pillows and everything was just perfect for us. It was above my expentations and I would come again for sure! 😍♥️

The price was high (€230) but it was the Ryder cup & was cheaper than other hotels

You get what you pay for and what it is announced in the pictures. Staff was really nice, we did the checkout 1 hour later that what we were supposed to and they were still nice about it and didn’t charge us anything. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay even in the most busy months, I do recommend this property.

termini station is not a really good place because the environment felt a bit unsafe to us, specially being 3 young girls.
