Nice small hotel 3 min from the Termini station. Very nice staff, clean rooms, good WiFi. Lots of cafes around. Big bed, good linen . Small fridge. towels provided.

Small shower area, noise from the street, Aircon for rent 5 euro per day (just bear in mind when planning)

Sergio was extremely nice and helpful .The breakfast had everything you need except the fact that it was tipical for italian style-a lot of sweets .As location is near the train station-a walk away and the restaurant downstairs has the best grilled calamari.The room was very clean with AC

Despite the great location near hop-on hop-off station, train station, shuttle bus station the security of that particular area wasn t the best you can find in Rome.No incidents but don t recommend a walk after dark.

The hotel is perfectly located near the station with plenty of restaurants around it. It is situated near famous attractions and the hop on hop off bus station. It is a budget room so we expected it to be very basic, but it is surprisingly clean. The staff cleans the room and changes towels daily. The hotel is very secure. The reception staff Sergio is exceptional. He's very friendly and accommodating.

The noise outside when you leave the window open at night even if your room is not facing the main road. It didn't bother us much. We just kept the window closed and the problem was solved.

Centrally located close to termini and airport transfers. We were well looked after by our host Sergio who assisted us despite our late arrival due to flight issues.

Room was small (as expected) but very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very reasonably priced. But the biggest plus is the location of the hotel. Very close to Roma termini making it very easy to see Rome.

There are no signs of "Hotel Teti" that can be visible from a distance. You have to stand in front of the building entrance to see the name. A sign that is visible from distance would be very helpful.

The bed was extremely comfortable - one of the most comfortable I have slept in! The room was very clean and the bedding and towels were a decent quality. It was well worth the extra €5 a day for the air conditioning although the room did have a fan if you don’t like air con! A good walk to the main attractions but the metro is very close by.

The bathroom was extremely small with not much room in the shower. However the shower worked well. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom and it did reach into the bedroom which meant you could avoid the heat in a confined space.

first thing first, the location is 100%! 5min walk from Rome terminal station. (for train arrivals). location is surrounded by delicious restaurants and bars!! plenty of choice by waking distance. the room is cozy, antique and super clean!! i have backache and bed mattress was great quality (not too soft) and queen size was perfect for couple!!

cannot complain nothing! everything was perfect to make us want to come back again! a friendly note is about elevator 🛗 which is very small. but this is nothing we can do so just take as note.

close to Termini station where one can access train, bus and Metro. nice place to eat right downstairs next door. elevator. room refreshed daily.

felt area was a bit dodgy after dark maybe all train station places are now. I had a single room so naturally it was a small room but it was also dark due to single window having outside shutter permanently closed.

The location and owner/manager is excellent. The hotel is extremely clean and could not be better located, very near to Termini Train Station and thus very easy connections throughout the city and region. Very good for people who wish to move about the city and / or region during their stay, as I did. There are also many stores / buses / subway /tram lines nearby that are very helpful to travelers / visitors.

The Wifi connection was not very strong and is not good for those working digitally or wishing to upload videos, etc,..

This was a really great hotel for a family traveling on a budget. My wife and I and our two daughters booked a room for a few nights. The room was small but clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Regarding price/quality in Rome you really can't get much better than this - highly recommended.

Not much to comment on negatively - some noise from street level, and the air-conditioner was not the best, but really nothing serious to mention.
