1- Excellent Location: The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city, with major attractions within walking distance. 2- Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring a pleasant stay. 3- Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable environment to relax after a day of sightseeing. 4-Good Value for Money: Considering the quality of service and amenities offered, the hotel provided great value for the price paid. 5- Efficient Services: From check-in to check-out, the hotel's services were efficient and hassle-free, ensuring a smooth experience for guests. 6- Nice Amenities: The hotel amenities such as Wi-Fi, toiletries, and other facilities were all up to standard and contributed to a comfortable stay

1- Room Soundproofing: Enhancing soundproofing in the rooms could reduce noise from neighboring rooms or the street, providing a more peaceful environment for guests. 2- Faster Wi-Fi Connection: Improving the speed and reliability of the Wi-Fi connection would ensure that guests can stay connected without interruptions, especially for those who need to work remotely or stay in touch with family and friends. 3 - Enhanced Room Amenities: Updating or adding amenities such as a mini-fridge stocked , tea/coffee making facilities, or additional toiletries could further enhance the comfort and convenience of the rooms.

The manager or owner I couldn’t work out who the man was, he gave us a map and circled a route for us and all the main destinations to see, he then circled some things that we didn’t know about too and they was amazing, he told us what time things would also be happening so we didn’t miss hidden gems. Always someone at reception to help. Room service and fresh towels. Perfect location we had a coffee shop belle and it is the best, really are one long street away from trevi fountain and in the opposite direction the Colosseum. I couldn’t get the heating to work in the room but even though it was January it was cold after check out you keep your bags there all day so you can still explore, breakfast was good but not a massive selection.

The location was perfect. Very central to all the sights in Rome! All the staff we interacted with were nothing but kind and accommodating. We arrived early and had let the manager know ahead of time and our room was ready well before check in, which we were very grateful for! The staff provided a map and a list of food and location recommendations as well.

The walls were a little thin, so if you had loud neighbors you could hear them a bit.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to popular attractions. There are bus stops right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good. I liked their yogurt a lot.

We couldn’t open the window to get some fresh air at night because it’s noisy outside.

Booked transfer with the hotel and they were brilliant after the plane being delayed for 3 hours meaning we didn’t land in Rome until 2 am the guy who picked up us was still cheerful and understanding All the staff were lovely the hotel clean and comfortable. Location excellent 🤩

Can be noisy at times facing a busy road. Also my room was beside the kitchen and noise would start early with breakfast.

The room size was definitely for three, was obvious, but they rented as for four people by bringing in another bed, so it was not spacious enough for four people.

Great location central to rome and very safe. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with ample space. The breakfast bar was great too.

The only issue I had was the shower fixtures could do with an upgrade, shower mixer handle kept wanting to fall off.

Our stay at Hotel Fiori was very pleasant and we highly recommend this establishment. The location is great as you are within walking distance of many wonderful sites, restaurants and shops. Paolo and Anna, the owners have created a warm and inviting experience for their guests. Everyone is open and willing to assist you with destinations, answer questions, etc. They have a lovely staff, those we saw the most were Valentina, Rebecca, the owners and Saidur. Everyone contributed to our wonderful vacation. Our room was clean and neat with fresh towels. We had breakfast each morning in the room provided which allowed us to leisurely start our day, with a view and the opportunity to meet our fellow guests and chat. This was our first international trip and we are happy we had chosen Hotel Fiori.

If we hade to make suggestions, we would have liked Tea Time to include hot coffee. Since our stay was several days some hooks to hang items would have been helpful. Lastly, I would like to know about any costs that must be paid in cash, like the city tax. This just allows visitors to be better prepared.
