Charming, clean, and updated rare find! It’s hard to find a room with 2 beds in Rome. Our room had 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, it was not a pull out couch. It was perfect for a family of 3. The AC worked perfectly! It was in the 90s and we were very comfortable. Had room darkening curtains which I appreciate . The location was very walkable, maybe 15 min to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and less than 10 min to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is on a street with a door that has a code if you arrive late in the day. They do have an elevator. Staff was friendly.

Bathroom needs a bigger cabinet or vanity to set our toiletries on, the existing piece was way too small. Also, we had to rotate, taking turns using the USB charger in the room. If you are from USA, bring an adapter so you can use their outlets.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions. Good sized room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with several different options. It was a bit tricky to find but the directions given were clear.

I specifically booked this room for the 3 separate beds (and made sure this was clear on my booking). On arrival, there was a double bed and a single bed - I mentioned this immediately as I was travelling with my two teenagers and none of us wanted to share a bed. The member of staff checked my booking (which confirmed the requirement for 3 single beds) and then asked whether we could just wait until the morning which wasn't acceptable! I also specifically had to ask how the included breakfast was ordered - again my booking needed to be checked to see that I had indeed paid for breakfast. It just seemed a little disorganised!

It was all about location location. As I had been to Rome before I had some idea but on arrival no one was at the front door so someone was leaving the building so we got in reception area could do with a lick of paint 🤔 could not find the lift but when we did it was amazing. Stepping back in time we found five rooms lovely guy Brough us to our room it had three.very comfy bed bedding and place was spotless very basis but who spend time.es in your room once in Rome. Could drop our cases off early and left them them there all.day before we left and the very nice guy on reception left us us a room to freshen up so all in all highly recommend if.looking for clean location spot on and value for money. If you want to be pampered with a view its diffo not for you 😉

Mai reception is a little off putting when you come through the front door. A lick of paint

The room was very clean and spacious. The host wasn't always there but was attentive to my msgs. The location is very good. 12 min walk to Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Repubblica station and 10 min walk to Trevi fountain so it is easy to commute everywhere you want to go. The apartment has historical lift, and it was interesting to experience it. We could fit 4 medium luggages and one person at once in the lift. The host allowed to leave the luggages before check-in, and after check-out. You can leave your luggages until like 8pm before the host leaves the place.

We were only given one set of key and we had to always travel together when we want to separately commute sometimes. I didn't ask the host if the extra set of key is avaiable though.

Walking through the main lobby of the building you come upon the elevator. It was an old fashioned elevator that I have never used before. It was fantastic. Entering Five Room was complete opposite. It was fresh and new. The hosts in the lobby area were some of the nicest guys I have ever met. They truly represent an attitude of making the guests feel welcome. The room was comfortable. It was exactly what was needed to come back to after a long day of walking.

I was pleased with everything.

The room was really nice and clean, all the amenities I’d need. Staff were really helpful - I couldn’t find the right floor and someone who works in the building took me up in the lift which was really helpful. Location was pretty good…bit of a walk from termini station but still only about 15mins (just feels worse with luggage), taxi is about €8.

It wasn’t super easy to find as there is no sign outside. I also couldn’t find the right way to buzz the door so sending instructions would be useful. I gave them a call and was buzzed straight in so it was fine.

Loved everything about the property ! Top location, close to main tourist attractions and only a short bus trip to the station. Loved the old style lift, amazing and super friendly staff. Loved the room, big enough and always nice to come back to the nice cool room for a rest from the heat in the middle of the day. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome one day !

Room was clean, bed’s comfortable and not too crowded. Smart TV provided YouTube and good Wi-Fi. Guesthouse was 12 minute walk from train station, metro and available taxis and Hop on & off stops. Jelo and John were excellent hosts providing recommendations, guide and room assistance - they made the whole experience more valuable. This will remain my go to location anytime in Rome!!

The room deodorizer was a little strong but everything was clean and organized.

The property is spacious and clean and very close to the colosseum.

The property has no designated breakfast area so you have to eat in your room.

The location is fantastic, all spots to visit in Rome are very nearby and still you can totally relax in this part of Rome. The apartment is a nice place to stay with a delicious breakfast and very friendly personal, they helped you with all issues one may have! The daily cleaning was very gentle.

The breakfast was every morning actually the same without some fruit, maybe this can be improved.
