The hotel was located about 10 mins walk from the main Central station right across a lovely small park and the metro was literally outside the front door of the Hotel. The staff were all very helpful and informative. Special thanks and gratefulness to Stefano (I hope correct spelling) when on the morning of 14TH March we checked out my wife left her wallet and he helped us by sending it ASAP to the airport in time for our flight! Highly recommended. Room was large for Rome and excellent sound proofing with warm radiators /cool air con if needed. Shops and cafes right along the arcade in front. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Was thrilled of location. Only few steps out of metro line A, the second stop from Termini Station and we were at a hotels doorstep. Breakfast was good.

Restaurant didn't work and bar wasn't alive, worked only a few hours per day.

Hotel Napoleon is located near the train station in Rome and near many restaurants and other sights. The best thing about the hotel is the staff!! They were so very helpful. I had booked a cooking class in Rome that was canceled the day I arrived. Roberto, the desk clerk, took the time to find another cooking class for me the next day and helped to arrange my transportation to that location. Many thanks to Roberto!! The other desk staff were always helpful for restaurant recommendations and in giving directions. It was a delightful experience!

I could not ask for anything to have been better -- my stay Hotel Napoleon was WONDERFUL!!

This place is an amazing mid-priced hotel in Rome. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is part of an old Roman palazzo. You'll see that when you visit the bathroom in your room: the toilet setup is the same as that in the Galleria Borghese. I like the location. It is extremely quiet at night. It is also almost next door to the Metro/Subway. In 2022 the Metro is finally very useful (unlike in 1990, when I last visited Rome). The location is also scenic. I loved my room. It was large and charming. I appreciated the small refrigerator too. You will probably go up in two separate elevators. Palazzo-charming! I loved the landing and room between elevators. It was just ... well, charming.

30 years ago one could get magnificent espresso at breakfast. Now, there is only a coffee machine. The eggs at breakfast must have been powdered. That said, I chose to pay for breakfast every day because there were some good choices. And, the price was very reasonable. I did not realize until mid-stay that I had a refrigerator. The staff should have let me know at check-in. I also didn't realize until mid-stay how I could raise the metal protective window cover. This is unfortunate because the inner court view was charming. I expect that Italians would have done better than I.

Fantastic location, near lots of great restaurants, not so touristy. Staff were very helpful and friendly Room was a great size, clean with a comfy bed Simple breakfast

Whist the hotel was clean the room was suffering a bit of wear &tear and the lobby/stair carpets could do with a clean, not a great first impression.

Excellent staff who catered to our every need. There is a vending machine with snacks and water by the lobby which is great! The hotel is right by a metro station; makes it very good for transportation around Rome. It is also by many restaurants and shops.

There was a strange smell when we entered our room but it faded away once we turned on the air conditioning. There are two different elevators necessary to get to our room on the 5th floor (and any of the hotel rooms), a bit inconvenient but not a huge problem

amazing staff , especially Ubaldo at the front desk good location , you walk straight out of the hotel and the metro station is right there breakfast was actually really good , all the basics , very fresh , enough seating

I loved the staff and the center location to a lot of times attractions. Don't have to walk far for any kind of meal you're wanting

The carpets through out the lobby and our room. Out dated and needs cleaning. The price of the breakfast buffet was a little bit much. Only ate twice x 2 and not sure what I was charged but check out bill besides the hotel cost was 100 euros for city tax and the meals for 2x2

Friendly reception staff who were very helpful. Marco provided good advice in getting around Rome and finding places to visit. Lovely bedroom with comfortable bed. Easy access to the Metro.

Balcony and bathroom a little dated and needed updating to keep on par with the bedroom.
