Great location, easy check in, comfortable bed, in the courtyard room we were in there was excellent noise and light insulation from outside. Great communication with the owner and the person servicing the room. Room was very clean and was even cleaned several times when we were there.

The automatic bathroom light and fan was a bit disturbing during the night, the pillows suspended above the bed reduced the effective bed length but could be swung up, and the sound insulation from the common area could be improved (though fortunately those in the other rooms were quite considerate during our stay so we only heard people coming and going and not socialising in the common area).

The service is excellent, and the lady overseeing the place is genuinely kind, demonstrating exceptional cleaning skills. Additionally, the location is highly convenient, just a short 13-minute walk from the Coliseum! The place is very tidy, clean .

I was uncomfortable when the owner called me, suggesting a 10-star rating instead of 9 to maintain her overall score. I found this request inappropriate. Despite this, I believe the place deserves a 9, not a perfect 10. The toilet has a sensor light and makes an annoying sound for the moment is in , and you cannot turn it off , also the acoustic is not good as you can hear the traffic noise ( is a busy street )

The location of this place is just amazing! It is a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum, + 5 minutes to the Roman Forum, 10-15 minutes from Termini station, etc. Everything is within walking distance. Also, close to the hotel, there are great restaurants and cafes. The personnel was so caring. I got a message from Giuilia with tips on getting to the city and the hotel from the airport. Got from the staff recommendations where to eat and what to see. It was very nice of them. The room was very clean and nice. I was a bit cold at night, but when I told them about the issue, they fixed it immediately. It wasn't really cold in general, it was a personal thing, which they solved very quickly and nicely. It is a nice and cosy place. It is not a big hotel. Rather a big apartment with several rooms each having their own bathroom. It is a cosy place for people who don't seek for luxury, but a nice, clean and beautiful place to stay. If I go back to Rome one day, I will definitely choose this option again.

The Merulana Suite is in a perfect location. We had a very friendly welcome when we arrived and suggestions for places to visit during our short stay and the best way to get there. Everything was clean and neat. The motion sensor bathroom lights were pretty cool when going to bathroom during night. There is an opportunity to get breakfast in the morning which is perfect if you are in a rush.

Very spacious, nice restaurant downstairs (cucuna), comfortable beds, luggage storage, friendly host. Charming Italian appearance with a old school lift.

Only soap provided no shampoo. Host is very friendly but she called us many times prior to stay. We thought it was nice but some people may find this strange from another culture. Train station was undergoing renovation at the time and we had to use manzoni metro a bit further from the airbnb.

Well located in a nice district and near all main tourist attractions. You can find cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The room is located on a floor together with other rooms and serviced by a common kitchen/dining room. The host is very polite and could provide a lot of useful information. The room is nice and ample and kept very clean. There is a possibility to leave your luggage in case of a late departure.

10 o'clock check-out

We stayed here for 3 nights in May. The place is lovely, beautiful highceilings and we had a view of the street- even when raining was nice to people watch haha. There is a little balcony off the kitchen which was nice in the evenings (guests are not allowed to use the kitchen) but coffee and tea was available to use. There was a lttle mini fridge in the room and the cutest little elevator (very old italian apratment style).10 minute walk to the collosseum. The lady (I can't remember her name) that cleaned our rooms and welcomed us was lovely. Reccomended some gret restaurants and told us places to avoid. So great and helpful to two young female travellers. Would definitely stay again! We also got to keep our bags there on our last day so didnt have to pay the baggage fee at the station for the day!

Not many shops nearby for food, but was a supermarket.

Great communication and host was so friendly and helpful. Gave us a map and suggested restaurants and was always in touch if needed. Had umbrellas for us to use and we loved the view from the room window!

Small thing but a hook or bar to hang shower towels to dry out.

Just everything was perfect. Giulia was a fantastic host. Kept in touch with me from the moment of the booking and was really helpful with places to see and eat with excellent recommendations as well. Room was great as well and the facilities were on point. Location was just great close to everything! All in all this stay was a 20/10!

Location was perfect with close proximity from Metro station , there is also a Bus line outside. The Housekeeper was very welcoming and kept the place very neat. Excellent communication from the Owner. Most important part was that we arrived a bit earlier than check in time and because we came from far (South Africa) they were able to assist us. The Wi-Fi connection was perfect and one was able to work.
