The size of the room was okay. The location is nice and very close to the train station. The staff is friendly. Good value for money.

The elevator is really old and takes a long time to arrive. It's an old building in a very busy neighborhood so there's a lot of noise. You can use the AC as a noise-canceling device. The rooms open with a key and you have to give back the key every time you exit the building and take it back from the reception when you come back. There's also no entry between 1 AM and 6 AM because of this issue. There are also some other hotels colocated in the same building.

Albergo Marechiaro exceeded my expectations. Before I got to Rome, I've read some negative comments about the hotel, specifically mentioned its room key policy, noisiness from the outside and quality of water. None of that turned to be serious. Yes, you should leave the key every time you walk out of the hotel. But given its 24 hours reception it's not a big issue. As for the noisiness and quality of water, maybe I got lucky, but I haven't really experienced these. Positive sides were the amazing hosts and convenient location, not so far from many famous Rome attractions.

The air conditioner inside the room could be less noisy.

The room was exactly like I saw it on the picture. It's clean, and the location is super. Grocery stores, train, airport shuttles, and buses - all accessible in walking distance

The air conditioning is extremely noisy. Very difficult to use it. The hallway smells bad. Guests are not allowed to visit us in the room. Leaving the key to the owners every time I step out of the room is a little annoying

The room was clean and safe. There was a conditioner. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but there are many places to have breakfast nearby. We liked high ceilings and big windows. The bed was un expectedly comfortable.

The door into the shower cabin was too narrow for my husband.

Room was very comfortable and bright as well. Clean and tidy. Had everything you need, desk, tv, wardrobe, bathroom with shower toilet with bidet. Basic toiletries such as soup and shampoo were included and even shower cap. Loved it. I know what I paid and what to expect. In fact my expectations were exceeded for the price paid. You totally recommend it for the price and location.

There was nothing I did not really like. room was a bit noisy but this is normal for the location, nothing unexpected there. people checking out in the morning were a bit too noisy leaving but this has nothing to do with the property and can't really control it

Location is excellent right near Termini station so can access all areas of Rome,room ok small but did the job value for money excellent can’t fault! Staff extremely helpful which was a bonus sorry about mix up with air con my fault. Would definitely stay again!

Maybe needs little update but solo traveller I had everything I needed.

It was clean, close to the station.

There wasn't a socket close to the bed. I had to give the keys every time I left the hotel. It has air conditioning that is not possible to change the temperature, it is pre settled.

Excellente place between cathedral Maria Gigiorre and Termini. Good quality and price. The personal is very nice and gentle.

The bed is a little small, and the equipment of shower is a little old.

Fantastic Location, bed really comfortable, staff very helpful. Great Security. Close to train, walking distance to most attractions.

Bathroom a tad small but no big deal, little hard to work out entry as a few motels in same building but once you did it all good.

Very central to everything! Train station just around the corner and very close to walk to everything. Cleaners came every day and Joseph was so friendly and always available. Located in a noisy neighbourhood but stayed in the back so didn’t hear anything. Hotel itself is very secure.

Walls are very thin between rooms but didn’t experience too much noise from other guests.
