Very nice room and the location of the hotel was great. A lot of restaurants nearby. Excellent wifi. Nice selection of foods at breakfast and great coffee. Rooms were very clean and modern. Staff was friendly. We arrived a few hours before the actual check-in time, but could get our room straight away. Would definitely stay again.

Had to give the room key to the reception every time we went out. Not sure how safe it is to showcase all the available keys and room numbers in the boxes behind the receptionist as anyone could come in and just pick a room number that has a key in the box and tell the receptionist it's their room. I think the keys should be covered/hidden from anyone else's view other than the receptionist as the main door to the house wasn't locked most of the time. As a guest, I would also prefer the hallway door on the top floor to be closed at night time for security purposes as anyone could just go up there and bypass the receptionist when using the elevator. Nothing happened to us and we felt quite safe, but I think the hotel should consider these security concerns for the safety of their guests.

Close to train station and a lot of shops and restaurants that was good .

That staff and hotel patrons can smoke inside the stairwell and foul the air on the 4th and 5th floors .Their is a NO SMOKING SIGN 3 metres away and yet staff members are allowed to smoke there, that is a joke .Don't stay there if you are a non smoker the passageway stink and no body in management cares

The location of the hotel was perfect, only a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk to the colosseum. Plenty of restaurants are located nearby, so you are spoilt for choice. Breakfast at the hotel was decent, and all of the members of staff that we came across, from reception and cleaners to the breakfast staff, were all friendly. We stayed in room number 509 which has a balcony. Apart from this room, only one other room has a balcony, it seemed. Room number 509, my top tip of the day ;-) If I came back to rome again, I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The only small thing that I would say is that the hotel should fit some hangers onto the doors of the bathroom doors to hang our clothes and towels to make things a little easier. But like I say, a very small improvement, in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed at the size of the single bed. It was very comfortable and larger than most. The room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. Reception was welcoming and pleased to be greeted by a smiling face after a long journey.

Don't bother with the 'breakfast box'. I had to leave before breakfast but they kindly offered to prepare a grab and go. I hadn't looked to see what it included but to be honest, it would be more efficient to put in a carton of juice in the refrigerator in the room and say to guests, use that, rather than offer a few crackers and some jam with a carton featuring a paper straw that doesn't work properly. I can't fault the staff for their efforts to be helpful and the cleaning staff to maintain this location. - well done.

Clean room. Friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast rooms. Nice breakfast. The hotel is only a couple of hundred metres from the Roma Termini station. Lots of good value restaurants. Colosseum is nearby. Fonta di Trevi is also not far from there.

The lift is a bit dated. The location is in a rundown area of Rome. You have to be super vigilant about your valuables. A lot of dodgy people move around there. Having said that, you have to be super vigilant everywhere in Rome. Pick pockets are everywhere where tourists go.

Great value for a budget hotel smack bang across from the Termini station. Can access the A and B line (1 stop to the Colosseum) with such ease. The room had really high ceilings which lends a lot of class to it and the bathroom is greatly fitted/well-renovated but not the biggest so may be difficult or uncomfortable for some. The staff are proper nice and all speak fluent English which is great! We're already planning on coming back to Rome and to this very hotel in the future and now every future European city break we take will have to be this close to a major metro station!

Can be a bit noisy on the street at night but that's the price you pay for being so close to a major European transport hub. Outside of that there's nothing wrong it is honestly great value for a budget hotel.

Clean, reception open 24/7, could buy a beer there, very close to Termini, comfy bed, nice to have the city view from the 4th floor even if the streets close to Termini are of course not pretty. Good that there's an elevator, it seemed broken at first but works.

A little soap on the bathroom sink would have been nice. Bedside lamps are too bright. Door lock was hard to open with the key, almost went back to the reception because I thought I might have got the wrong key. Couldn't find the wifi password anywhere without going back down to the reception.

Description of room was accurate: yes it was a small single but I expected that and it was all I needed for one night and comfortable, it had clean bedding and towels spotlessly white. A decent shower too. Staff were very helpful with useful advice about the area. Hotel was well signposted outside so I had no trouble finding it. I couldn't hear the busy road outside at all. I was a little late down for breakfast so most of the goodies had gone but I could see that they offered a good continental choice. Location was perfect for Termini station, local transport and local bars/restaurants. I was also able to leave my case in a room by reception after I checked out for a few hours. I also thought the 11am checkout was very good as a lot of places insist on you going earlier.

Hardly the hotel's fault but a lot of beggars, seedy looking people hanging about (homeless?) around the area and Termini station. You need to be careful if you are out at night and hold your bag close!

The hotel is located very close (approx. 5 min walk) to Roma Termini train station/metro and buses. Breakfast were good, comfotable beds, nice bathrooms, nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, helpful staff.

The area near the station is not nice place to be at night so be careful. The building is shared with other offices but as soon as you get to the receiption on 4th floor - all is OK! There is only one lift in the building and it is quite old and small but it is working :-). If you have a room on the street side - be aware of the noise if the window is open.
