The location is good, close to Termini station, staff was incredible, Massimiliano welcome us very nicely and gave us good tips about the city. Room was very clean.

The staff were fantastic and very accommodating, We arrived a little early and left our bags with them with were brought too our room awaiting us when we went back from driving before check in. They gave us a map and helped us locate near by things to visit as well as gave us some tips about things we had planned to visit as well as warnings about pick pockets at most those areas and how to try and avoid them. The rooms was just enough for 2 people with the bathroom well stocked, a fridge and a kettle. Room service comes every morning to tidy the room if your in need and are incredibly respectful of your belongings in the room to where they will be neatly tidied for you if left on the bed. The location is very close to the A line metro giving quicker access to some destinations as well as 15 to 20 mins walking distance of most the desired locations to visit. Would 100% stay again if returning

It is extremely central, 1 minute from the main shopping street and 3-5 minutes from the Metro station. The area was perfect for visiting, walking around to the most important points in Rome. Breakfast was okay, with simple/cheaper ingredients.

My room (the single room D) had the windows towards an inside area between the buildings, there was no fresh air and it smelled like food all the time if I wanted to open the window. Sometimes in the morning, it smelled like food in the room also and it was unpleasant.

The location is perfect. The room was on the small side but was worth this for the location. The bathroom was great, lovely big shower with powerful water pressure & great mirror and lighting. You can walk everywhere, the train station is less than 10 minutes, the metro is less 5 minutes. Great restaurants and bars within a minute from the door. The owners were lovely, greeted us, assisted with luggage and took time to mark out a city map with lots of helpful tips. When we got back from a short walk (our room wasn’t quite ready and we were two hours early for check in) our luggage was in our room with fresh pastries and coffee waiting for us.

An atmospheric old building, immaculately cared for. Very helpful and friendly staff who couldn't be more helpful. It is kept very clean and the breakfast was varied, fresh with lots of choice. A kettle and fridge were a treat.

Difficult to find anything to criticise...the bed wasn't amazingly comfortable but it was okay. I woke quite often at night due to lots of strange gurgling noises from unknown machines in the building. Sadly my room looked onto a mass of air-conditioning units. It would have been good to have offered coffee on the welcome tray..

The rooms were very clean and staff were pleasant. The location was great and within walking distance of Termini Station and various attractions. We booked a room for three guests (1 double and 1 single) which was great for our family.

Unfortunately the wifi was not very good. Often had connection difficulties at night which was unfortunate when wanting to send photos and chat with family across the world.

The room itself was very clean and the beds comfy. We most liked the location of this place and the staff was just wonderful. Very close to the main sites and the train station. The breakfast was well worth it. Very yummy combination of savory and sweet options and all you can drink espressos and cappuccinos.

There wasn't much we didn't like. If we had to pick something I might say the room was a little small. Honestly, it was plenty big enough for us and our two teenagers and our separate beds but it wasn't an apartment either.

The staff here and their level of service was amazing. Just so thoughtful and helpful. They even offered to prepare me a breakfast a day early to store in my room since I had to leave early my last day. Five minute walk to the metro station.

There is only one outlet kind of far away from the bed so that wasn’t ideal. The wifi signal seemed to get weaker at night but it was fine during the day (not sure if it was just because doors were shut at night or an extra router was turned off at night).

Staff was helpful, courteous and quick to help with any question or need. Short walking distance to all key attractions and sites. Room and bed comfortable, sheets clean, everything in working order. Breakfast was quaint but certainly good and cost effective. Good water pressure for all bathroom needs.

Internet was very slow and cell coverage was also scant. Shower tiny but served its' purpose. Not an issue but having a little more instruction on the location, how to enter the building and where to find the reception would be useful.

The staff was so helpful, kind and always there to answer any of our questions. The room was a decent size, clean, comfortable, warm and modern. All the famous monuments are a walking distance and the Termini station, which is very convenient if you arrive by plane.This hotel deserves more than a 1-star hotel, and if we will be back to Rome, we would definitely stay there again!
