Very good apartments, clean, comfortable. The location is very good, close to all attractions and the train station. It was easy to get to and the instructions were clear. The room is good, the bed is very comfortable and I was most pleased with the white clean bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is also a big plus in the room. The view from the window of the city is wonderful. The girl consultant Klevisa, was always in touch, helped with all questions, and was interested in our stay. I recommend these apartments!

water from the shower drains onto the floor into the toilet, and the floor is always wet. I recommend finalizing this nuance, because you will very quickly spoil the repair with a constantly wet floor.

Super clean, nice kitchen area for own meals and well situated for access to transport, restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to major sites or take a bus/metro. Remote checkin works well and the staff made regular contact to followup. We had small bags so the 3 floor walkup wasn't a problem.

We booked two beds and didn't realise but the matress on the single bed had been flipped and made up to the very uncomfortable underside. No idea why but made for a very bad night.

location is good. it not so close to dirty Termini and not so far from main attractions. there are a lot of coffees, shops around as well as park. The guest house is in nice authentic building so it is good experience as well. decor of rooms is nice as well. as a lot of people mention before you will need an internet to go inside of the building. for some it might be the problem i guess. but i liked it. there is a kitchen in the property, good furnished.

there was a lot of water after the shower. bad construction. i had some problems in communication with the host, misunderstanding about reservation. it quiet spoiled the day and took a lot of time but guess it individual experience

Room was clean and well maintained. There is also a small fridge. Host quickly answered to messages although they were not at the guesthouse.

I did not like their access system, especially because you cannot access to the apartment if you don't have internet. The host's solution was to give me the WiFi password that did not work at the front door because the guesthouse is located at the 4th floor...if you fear stairs, this is not for you! I was lucky that when I arrived someone from the building was leaving and let me in.

Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Instructions for accessing the room are very clear. Room was excellent, good value for money. Shared kitchen has everything you need for a quick meal or drink.

One minor downside is that you need internet to access the room first time which might be a problem if you do not have mobile data. Other than that only downside was that the building facade was renovating during our stay at start of May 2022 which prevented us from using windows properly and blocking the view. However, this is not hosts fault, but it would be nice for it to be known.

Very good location. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the colosseum. The staff were very helpful and checked we had everything we needed. Room was spacious. There are a few steps to check In but the host sent clear instructions and made sure we checked in ok.

The bathroom is little small but worked fine as just the 2 of us.

Spacious room with clean and modern bathroom. Building is secure and communication went swiftly for online check-in.

Location, although great for the train station and visiting the colosseum, can feel a bit scary when wandering about at night. Wouldn't recommend going home after midnight by foot

Everything was perfect. Check in procedure was smooth and staffs were surprisingly kind and patient. A decent sized bathroom with clean floor and beds were also a huge plus. Overall experience was absolutely pleasing. Will definitely return.

Good location, close to train station. Great customer service, very responsive and accomodating. I arrived 3 hours earlier and was able to check-in. Good price.

bathroom outside the room, shower head should be replace but works. You must have mobile internet to enter the hostel.
