The communicatiom with the staff was great, they answered all my questions and assisted me in the self check-in. The guesthouse is very well situated. I had a small room with a comfortable twin bed and small window, which was enough for me. To access the bathroom I had to walk through the hallway (this was a private bathroom with shower that only I had the key to access). It was clean and convenient. The guesthouse is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator (wasn't a problem for me).

You hear through the walls quite a bit ; however, the guesthouse does state in their rules that you must be quiet in the evening/night hours, as there are families living in the building, and this was respected by the people who were staying at the same time as me, so I slept really well (do bring earplugs though).

Everything as described! Staff was really engaged, helpful and fast in replying, 10/10 for that! Everything was clean and nice, the bathroom was great too, only thing the matress is kinda wonky and not that great to sleep in but everything else amazing. Neighbourhood is also very nice compared to some other rooms in Rome.. Nice park nearby and also great moca coffee place a few min away (on foot)! Only 20min walk to Rome Termini.. They also give you discount at nearby restaurant, we didn't use it but it's nice that it's an option! The price is also awesome compared to other options around, no need for a classic hostel when you have this place for only few euros more! All in all we're very satisfied and thank you for everything :)

We were very pleased with the choice of this place. The room #3 turned out to be even better than we expected. The area is perfect for anyone planning to travel by train — that’s really good area in the city center and close to Tremini station The administrators were very friendly, were always in touch on WhatsApp and resolved any questions instantly. They shared with us a map of recommended places in our area and even helped us call a taxi to the airport. Thanks a lot The only thing to take into account is that the walls are quite thin and you can often hear your neighbors. Anyway, this wasn’t a problem for us. The rooms are located on the 4th floor without an elevator - but this is an excellent opportunity to shake up the pasta eaten for lunch

I had an excellent stay at B&B in The Center – Rome! The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of all the famous attractions. Danielle, the host, was fantastic – I met him on the first day, and he kindly helped carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. He was always available on WhatsApp, offering helpful travel tips on Google Maps and even arranging a discount at the restaurant downstairs, which served delicious food. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

It was a traditional pension with a very authentic feel for Rome. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve staying in Italy and I wanted to enjoy a nice pension. Success…the staff communication was prompt and very helpful with logistics and suggestions for taxi, dinner etc. The place was very clean and the linens were fresh and clean. It was nice that there were kitchen facilities but for a short 1-2 day visit, I wouldn’t need that. I actually didn’t realize that was available when I booked my stay. I would highlight that more in the description for those who really are looking for that feature.

I would have liked to see a person. When I arrived, the main door to the unit, it smelled like a toilet was backed up. Very stuffy and my unit, inside, #1, also smelled stuffy and stinky, so I aired it out by opening the windows and it was fine. There were no complimentary toiletries, which is very common, but was ok not to have them, but so many others provide that with a complimentary breakfast too. What I prioritized by selection this unit, I got…so I’m content. The mattress on the double bed was a little stiff but it was ok. The tv only had Italian content.

The bed was really comfy, there was a shared kitchen which was nice, they let us keep our bags in the kitchen before and after check out and check in was quite easy.

The aircon didn't work, and if we opened the windows it was very loud outside. The shower preassure was a bit weak and there is also a lot of stairs which I didn't really mind but I didn't have that many bags - there was also a slight issue checking in and getting the key from the lock box that didn't unlock but they replied very quickly and solved it really quickly!

Me and my Spouse visited this location on July 1st. The B&B owner was very sweet and offered us plenty of food options - snacks, Coffee, Joghurt etc. The breakfast was also decent. The best thing was that they offered us bicycles to go around the beach. The beach is lined with a nice bicycle track and is well lit.

The breakfast could have been better as we were expecting something fresh as a breakfast option. It is difficult to reach the location with Public transport (it isn't great anyways in Pescara), so we had to depend on Taxis, which are quite expensive!

The location is good. The staff is very responsive. The price is reasonable.

The facility is a bit old, which could be the same to the entire Roman hotels. There is only 1 public kettle in the kitchen area, not within your room. Shampoo, slipper and toothbrush are not provided. The room is not cleaned everyday, but every three days should your stay is longer than that.

The location is great, away from the crowds with excellent transit accessibility. It's close enough to Termini that we could drop off bags as soon as we arrived and pick them up last minute. The room and bathroom were very clean. The remote management responded immediately to my messages. There was an added little bonus of a discount at the restaurant downstairs (RomAntica). We might have passed the place by otherwise. Really glad we chexked it out.

The smaller bed wasn't very comfortable. That was the only issue.

The room was very specious with large comfy bed, good size bathroom with fancy shower (my son love it). Good windows with shutters. Access to the kitchen. Infos about local area and dinning from the host- with small discount offer.

The only problem for me was the noise from the small fridge which was in the room ( I just switched it off as I didn’t use it) and small trouble with opening the downstairs door- the key fitted in but it doesn’t turn easily. Same with the upstairs door. We managed but it was a little bit stressful at first.
