We've got very clear instructions on how to get in, we were surprised how nice the room was and very clean. Having access to the terrace was also great. The area has a public transport (metro) nearby and is very close to the center and the city attractions like the Colosseum. Many restaurants nearby. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

My boyfriend find the mattress a little bit too soft, but for me it was perfect, very comfortable so I guess that's a matter of preference. The only thing that I didn't really like was the bathroom which is not really fully separated from the bedroom/living room, so when someone is in the bathroom you can hear everything that's happening there.

This place is very clean and accessible. Only 2 stations away from Roma Termini. Metro station is a walking distance to this place. The owner was very responsive online. She even recommended a nearby bar (Gatsby) a walking distance from this place. She was also considerate as she allowed us to check in late after having delays in our flight. There was a good Gelato Shop nearby called Giovanni Fassi which I think is the most cheapest and delicious gelato I ever tasted in my 4 days trip to Rome.

Probably the wifi connection needs upgrading as it wasnt working at all. However, it didn't bother me much as I have my personal internet connection. The way to the place has a lot of graffiti which can be seen in other places of rome and other stations too. During our stay we normally go home between 9pm and 10pm when all of the establishments nearby are already closed, therefore the road looks very dark at night as there was no sufficient light. But so far we were okay and we didnt not encounter any problem.

I stayed here for four nights, and it was fantastic. It is a spacious and clean apartment. The high walls added a touch of grandeur, and the cleanliness made it feel like a home away from home. The apartment was not only roomy but also incredibly comfortable and warm. The highlight was the lovely terrace. What made the experience special were the thoughtful details that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. From the decor to the lighting, everything contributed to a charming stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable place in the heart of Rome.

Very cosy apartment, really clean, nicely refurbished, everything brand new. Adequately equipped with what you would need for a few days family stay. The host was punctually there according to our arrival time. There was even a welcome treat at arrival, as well as milk, water and juice in the minifrige. 5 minutes walk from the subway station, 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum.

If by car, you will need some luck to park in the street, otherwise you will need to use a parking facility to cost you some 30 euros per day.

The location was very nice and clean. I loved the patio where we spent some nice time in the evening. The breakfast was included in the price but this meant leaving us some things to eat in the location (croissants,marmelade, cake, juice, water). For us it was necessary to make some extra shopping for the breakfast as it did not fit very well with our tastes and however it wouldn't have been enough for 4 of us for 3 mornings. The position of the house is central, easy to get to the metro station. Also there are shops and restaurants nearby.

We did not manage to turn on the AC

Great location, everything is clean, well equipped, very nice hosts, we arrived very late, even later than expected due to the delayed flight, but we stayed in contact and explained what is happening and hosts were very understanding.

Wifi is not that strong in one of the rooms.

Near to metro station Manzoni, and bus 51. The location was very friendly. The house has all the facilities and was clean. The small balcony - yard was very usefull for breakfast and coffee. We find as a gift cake, biskuits, milk, juice, etc and this was excellent hosting move!!!

The house has humidity since it is semi-basement, which is repaired with good natural ventilation of the space.

Very spacious, clean, with an outdoor terrace. Tea bags an coffee available at the home and small breakfast outside that can be taken to go. There is a fridge and a microwave. It could do with a tea towel to dry the dishes. Easy to access the subway The hostel next door is indeed loud but with the door of the bedroom closed its ok.

You need to wait quite some time for the water to get warm in the shower and after the temperature varies a lot. The blinder in the bedroom doesn't block well the light from the street.

Loved my stay here - the breakfast in the little café around the corner was good and the people there were so nice, the person who checked me in was lovely. I spent some time sitting in the courtyard working and that was such a lovely spot, in the middle of Rome, but private and green.

Not much to criticise. There had been a water damage in the bathroom, but the staff was open about it and it wasn't a big deal for me.

We really liked the little patio, where we had breakfast and coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings - it was super comfy. The bed and the pillow were also conveninent, more that I expected.

There can be some normal plates and cutlery, not plastic ones. Also, the lack of sockets is super uncomfortable.
