I would characterize the hotel as "minimal, but sufficient". But we only stayed overnight. We had everything that we needed. However, there is an air conditioner that works quietly, good soundinsulation, very clean. The hotel has a very good location, close to the metro and the Vatican Museums. There are many restaurants around. We communicated with the owner only by phone. But he was always polite, competent and ready to help and advise. We had an early check-out and Valerio helped us order an inexpensive taxi. Next time, we'll definitely choose again this apartment.

The bedhead could be replaced, it's a bit worn, but overall it was fine. But I am very disappointed with Booking. When making a reservation, it was indicated that Booking provides a free taxi from the airport to the accommodation. But in fact, we didn`t receive confirmation of this option, and when contacting the service department, the employee said that he apologized, but couldn`t help.

The location is accessible with bus and metro plus directly behind Vatican city, so don't worry getting to the city center. Breakfast options are either in the cafe only a minute away or in the shared kitchen. The room furnished nicely and big for 2 person, but the place is literally a bed and breakfast stay, in which what we are looking for. The room is cleaned everyday. There are snacks in the shared kitched for all guests and water bottles in our room for free.

The bathroom needs some improvement against humidity. The breakfast in the shared kitchen is ok and nicely prepared by Valerio and his team, just hope other guests don't steal all food for themselves incl. the breakfast on our designated dining table. :)

If there is host rate, we give Valerio 100 of 100, superb, excellent, words cannot describe. We’ve been travelling 4 different countries till we reached Rome, Valerio was the most hospitable, caring and attentive host, went extra length to take care of guests even booking taxi, dinner reservation and informed us very beneficial tourist info. Valerio has been voted by our family the best english speaking host pf our Europe journey of 1.5months, he is simply amazing

Just our opinion, the location/the neighborhood, but the apartment itself is very good and comfortable. With restaurant in front of the apartment serves delicious italian dishes and nearby cafe which is really nice too

The location was perfect to explore Rome. Metro and bus stations are both near and the public transportation is very good in the area. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast at the accommodation was sufficient, but we also had the possibility to go to a nearby coffee for breakfast, which was included in the price. Valerio was a great host, he was very helpful with the check-in and check-out. We also received small gifts, chocolate, champagne, etc. Our stay was perfect and I would highly recommend Valerio's B&B.

Vaerio was very kind and helpful in his every way. He responses right away. Gives very useful information. Breakfast was awesome.

For toiletries we didnt have proper toiletries like shampoo soap and conditioner. We found a half bottle os big size body wash and hair and face all in one mens at the front door we used it as we thought ut would be ours. But maybe specify if you dont provide toiletries Thank you.

That was the best place I have ever stayed at in Rome! ( I have been here five times) Everything was excellent: Valerio, the host - the friendliest, the most polite, the most careful, the most helpful, very knowledgeable about places of interest in the City, with wonderful English; the location - 5 min walk from Cipro metro station, with good pizza places and affordable supermarkets nearby; the room - spacious, very clean, warm, and very quiet; the breakfast - thoughtful, rich and varied, with very good choice of products. I highly recommend the place and next time I decide to go to Rome I will definitely stay here!

I didn’t like only my short stay and the returned flight which was cancelled.

Location was fantastic! Lots of cute cafés in the neighborhood and close to all the attractions. I wanted to see. The owner/manager was amazingly hospitable. Very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend booking with him.

The bed was not very comfortable, but I was so exhausted after sightseeing. I guess it really didn’t matter. I slept well every night.

I liked that it was really close to the touristic attractions me and my family wanted to visit. We also had a breakfast included which was really convenient for us. The room was good enough for a family of 4. Also, the host was really prompt in explaining us everything and helping with what we needed.

We had a little problem with the air conditioning. The period of time when we went was not that warm and we wanted to warm up the room and didn't really work. We messaged the host and by the evening everything was fixed as we only needed it for sleeping time anyways.

Extremely pleasant, dedicated, and professional host - Valerio made my accommodation very good, I felt like I was at home. The room was very clean, warm, and with lots of space. Also, the place was well connected with the metro line (A1) and near Vatican (basically - you need to cross the street and you're there). Next time, I'll definitely choose again this apartment for my longer stay in Rome. You'll enjoy it - I guarantee you that.

First of all this is more an Airbnb situation than a hotel so have that in mind. Download WhatsApp if you don’t already have it as Valerio contacted me via that before we arrived so it was great to have a contact number and free to call/text if you have WiFi or roaming . He comes to meet you with the keys and our flight was delayed so I could let him know we were going to be late. There are 3 rooms in the apartment that are en-suite and they share a kitchen. Tea/coffee biscuits bread milk cheeses ham, cakes are all provided so you can make your own breakfast or have alternative of going around the corner to a very popular cafe for a free OJ, coffee, croissants or a toasted sandwich (the coffee & OJ were great) My friend had room 1 & I had 2, these both have windows to the pavement, room 3 must have a courtyard window. The rooms were spacious & clean, as was the bathroom. Bed was firm but I like that. There is aircon which you would definitely need in summer & a TV (no English channels (but there aren’t any Italian ones in the UK) The location is great, 20 min walk to the Vatican, on the metro line to the main attractions. Easy to get to and from airport with train metro service. Valerio is kind and helpful, there’s good restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment is on the ground floor next to the entrance and this is it’s main downfall. The main door slams and it echos around the apartment. I think room 2 probably hears it least. This does make it a noisy place to stay as there are a number of apartments in the building. Rokm 1 wasn’t occupied while we were there but you would definitely be able to hear people in the kitchen from your room. We live in London on busy roads so for us it was fine (although there was a jackhammer at 07:30 on Monday morning that even we couldn’t sleep through) But if you live somewhere quiet then definitely bring ear plugs.
