Fantastic location. Tastefully decorated with all the conveniences you could want and some stunning art pieces. Extremely comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom. Well stocked mini bar with very reasonable prices and a great breakfast served in your room that sets you up for a long day of touring Rome’s attractions. We were incredibly impressed with Diego’s service which was flawless. He couldn’t have been more helpful to us throughout our stay, to an extend where he made sure to be at his reception desk at 6.50am to confirm our booked taxi arrived on time to bring us to our Vatican tour. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Excelent location, one of the Best, right in the middle of everything, and all tourist sites were easily accessed by foot.

The room was great, very spacious and so was the bathroom, both were modern and had all the conforts needed. Although they had lots of lamp bulbs, they were a bit on the dark side. The hot water had a way of cooling down while we were showering, what was an anti-climax, the wifi was also inconstant. The bed was allright, and so was the bed linen, but the pillows were awful, they were very high, hard and wouldn't soften down to our heads! They were the worst part, the rest wans't soo bad.

We stayed at the property in May 2023.The QT suites is an excellent property in a great location and is very convenient to all attractions. Barbara is a very pleasant lady who greeted us on our arrival she was so helpful and extremely friendly she arranged our checkin when we arrived at the property which was just a simple matter of passport check. Barbara went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Our suite was fantastic with beautiful parquet flooring. Our Bed was very comfortable. The windows have inner shutters which I loved, to black out the room as well as the voile and curtains. Flat screen TV with sky. The room was equipped with coffee and tea making facilities (Nespresso machine) and mini fridge. Bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries and towels and spotless. The rooms are cleaned every day. We loved our stay in the QT Suites, the property is beautiful and has a fantastic charm and we look forward to returning again. Thank you Barbara we had a wonderful trip. Anne & Paul.

Beautiful hidden gem. We had a lovely stay at QT Suites Roma. The room was spacious and cozy all at the same time. Perfect location, just a stones throw away from the Spanish steps. Fresh towels and cleaned daily, which was lovely to return to after a full day out exploring. Diego was so helpful, with lots of recommendations before we travelled, easy check in/check out. He really wanted to make sure we got the most out of our trip to Rome. Will be recommending QT Suites Roma to family & friends and we will definitely return again.

Genuinely not a thing we didn’t like.

The location was excellent and was easy to find for us and taxi drivers. It was literally 20metres to the top of the Spanish steps. The room was a good size and the staff (especially Larissa) were extremely helpful and were very welcoming. Plenty of shops and facilities located nearby. I would happily recommend this venue.

The shower in our suite was quite small and tricky to shower in. First world problem though.

QT suits were perfect and I can't recommend them enough . In short you won't be disappointed . Diego was a great host, the suits are in a perfect location ( close to the Spanish steps ) with walking distance to all the main attractions with plenty of restaurants and shops around . Rooms were exactly as the pictures show , modern, large, super comfortable with all the ammenties and touch of luxury. I couldn't recommend this place more highly for a stay in Rome. Diego fully understood the mindset of the holiday maker informing us of all the best restaurants and bars around as well as arranging breakfast for us in the morning which consisted of everything you need before you walk around the streets. Thanks Diego for the wonderful rooms and being a brilliant host. My partner and I will be back when we return to Rome 🙂

Fantastic location and we pretty much ended up walking everywhere, although the metros are super close. The room is superb and huge, very quiet and soundproof. The tap water is drinkable and there is a Roman water fountain less than two min walk away from the building. The bed is comfortable and huge. The bathroom is great, too, and as I shared the room with my partner, the exposed shower was fun, but you can also use curtains for privacy. And Diego, the host, was really helpful on multiple levels with local guidance, rapid response to questions, and was also very organised. Also, thank you for the coffees! If we went back to Rome for leisure, we'd choose this place without hesitation.

The wifi by the bed in our room was quite weak, but Diego kindly offered a dongle to compensate, which we declined to just relax on our holiday. Other than that, the place is really great.

I couldn’t think of a more satisfying, personable experience than this one! Diego was accommodating, helpful, and overall a joy to be around! This beautiful place is centrally located, clean, spacious and bright! We had a fully stocked mini bar and a beautiful decoration. If you are in Rome, please consider this location! 10 min walk to everywhere, super safe, and convenient. Thank you Diego for making our stay in Rome a memorable one! We will most definitely return.

Very comfortable and tasteful with a sweet little balcony. Just perfect for the price in Rome. We loved being next to the Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, & a taxi stand. Makes for an easy stay. The owner/manager is a lovely man. Don’t worry if you feel a little on your own at first if you arrive late. All is easy access & exceptionally smooth for a Rome rental & assistance is always available. I highly recommend taking a taxi there upon arrival, however.

Very good location, room was absolutely clean! The host (Diego) was very helpful and kind, helped us out with numerous questions and recommendations. The breakfast offered is a must in my opinion, as it includes less carbs than Italian kitchen :) and is rich (see pictures!). Location is on top of the Spanish steps, right next to a metro station. Check in was easy and informative. Thank you Diego!
