Everything was really good. Requested an early checked in and room was ready for us, thank you so much (after a long trip, it’s a treat to be able to rest right away). We got an upgraded room which was spacious and really quiet for been in a busy place as Rome. Breakfast had everything that you could ask for..excellent! The location of this hotel is great …to the right Spanish steps to the left Trevi Fountain. Thank you Trevi Collection for a great stay!

There are a few things that could compliment a four star hotel (not essential but nice) as Kleenex, slippers, bathrobes. It’s a little dated and not luxurious hotel but it’s location is perfect.

We liked the location, the size of our room and bathroom, the excellent breakfast and staff in the breakfast area. I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel again, but a few improvements could make Trevi Collection Hotel even better. When checking out the receptionist was very helpful with my request.

This 4 star hotel with more than 80 rooms, has only one small lift which is perfectly inadequate for its size. Front desk would operate better with two receptionists especially when guests are checking out in the morning, We were disturbed with loud music, up to very late, coming from an establishment in the area. The only thing that could have been better at breakfast was the typical 'Rosetta' bread roll.

Hotel Trevi collection was outstanding. Exceeding all expectations regarding location, staff, our rooms were spotless, and breakfast was amazing! The best we have had in fact in a city centre hotel. Everything from the colosseum to the Vatican was walkable, although we used metro which was literally around the corner, to get to the Vatican as we had an early morning tour. The hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay. Staff were super helpful and let us keep our room for a further couple of hours till our taxi came for the airport which enabled us to spend the morning shopping without worrying about vacating our room. Lovely quality toiletries and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. Kettle and cups with tea and coffee. Mini fridge with water and drinks. Lovely crisp white bed linen and duvet on comfy beds. Will not stay anywhere else when back in Rome. Excellent!

Absolutely huge choice for breakfast, something for everyone. Fantastic location with all the sites walkable or accessible by the metro. Great little bar a few doors down the hill

Didn’t like being pressured into buying an open top bus ticket (that we didn’t use)whilst we were trying to check in after having a long journey

the hotel is very conveniently located close to Piazza spagna and the famous brands as well as in walking distance to Trevi fountains, Pantheon and more. We had a quadruple room, beds very goods and a very spacious bathroom. the room on first floor was silent at night. The hotel serves an amazing breakfast that gives a great start into the day.

When arriving with the car, be aware that it is located in ZTL zone, so better go directly to the parking garage which is just 3 min walking distance.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bell hop was awesome! Overall, excellent hotel, the only improvement can be that you need two room keys, because the lights and AC shuts off when the card is removed. When you come back to room it's too hot.

You need to provide two keys to the room. It makes it difficult for travelers to always need a key to turn the lights and AC on. That is the only improvement, overall, excellent hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.. we had a super view from our room which added to the overall Italian experience..mini markets and pharmacy a few doors down.. very central 5 minute walk to the steps, 10 mins to the trevi, 25 to the colleseum , 7 minutes to the metro, all with plenty of shops cafes and restaurants in between..

Spacious room, all new including the bathroom. Very well equipped. Very good breakfast. Location is perfect, waking distance to everywhere important sites in Rome. Housekeeping really well done.

Very strong cigarette smell from the ventilation. Jazz club nearby making nice but not fancy noise while trying to fall asleep.

The breakfast at the Hotel is worth mentioning. Large variety of pastries as well as hot food choices. Great location near Trevi Fountain.

There was a small lounge area to wait in after checking out and waiting for our flight. The bar wasn't promoted by the Hotel in any way and wasn't set up in a way to sit down and have a relaxing drink.

The property is in a very good position to see the sights and was very pleased with that.

I have to walk with a crutch and although they had a very good selection of sweet things you had to step up quite a high step for fruit juice and cereals, which was not possible for me. They would have been better in the lower section, but then I am only one person of many.
