breakfast was amazing ! lots to choose from and you can have as much as you like, its bought straight to you room on time every morning ata time of your choosing, they set the table and everything out for you, was lovely. also really good location litually a minutes walk away from the Spanish steps. room was in another building but its litually across the road, had no problems getting back into the room after hours, the bathtubs are amazing ! so big! room is cleaned every day and all amenities replenished daily. was lovely.

toilet was tiny, very small and crampt, not good if you dont like small spaces. room was different to picture not that it was a bad room, just not the same as pictures. and a bit smaller than expected.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Super helpful as well. Breakfast was really cute. I really like the system they have in place, it’s just nice to sit in your own space and enjoy your food before you go and explore! There was a great selection to choose from also. Massive bed which was really comfy. The iPad is a great feature, we were able to play any music we liked. The shower was really nice and the bathtub in the room was a fun little feature.

We didn’t have a tv in our room. We asked at reception and were told we couldn’t move as they were fully booked and to ask the next day if there was a free room to move to. We didn’t even up asking as it wasn’t the end of the world, I think we would have just liked it for when we were lying on bed relaxing. It’s also just a bit of a shame as it was a feature that we paid for.

honestly there wasn’t anything - staff were so accommodating with a small issue , due to a window not fully closing do the noise of the traffic kept waking us so we got moved to another room no hesitation

From booking the room to the end of our stay in Rome, the Suite Sistina was nothing but exceptional. The staff are always very friendly, given us lots of information about our stay before and during the stay. They even helped me plan a surprise a romantic gesture for my partner before our arrival, which was executed by the staff team to the highest standards. The room itself was always cleaned whilst we went and explored Rome. It became our little save haven when we were feeling tired from all the sightseeing. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The only issue was the stairs to our room, which were sometimes difficult after walking around the city all day, but definitely not something we were too bothered by as we knew our room was extremely comfortable once we made it up.

The rooms and service were fantastic. We weren’t sure what to expect, since we have two toddlers with us, but the staff were so wonderful and made it a great stay. It is very much a place for couples…it has a sexy vibe to it that you’ll appreciate. but they accommodated us nicely even with two very young kids. Breakfast was amazing and actually cooked a la carte for us and brought to our rooms. It was great.

It was a small place that you may not notice or think much of if you saw it, but we loved it. Every one of the staff made our stay nice and easy. The location was perfect for trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We ate nearby at a great restaurant each night.

Loved the breakfast delivered to the room every morning! It was so nicely presented, with a great amount of options and so delicious. Staff were polite and friendly and spoke excellent English. I loved the room, the mood lights and the round bed, and the fact you get an iPad to play music on. The room was tidied by the maid every day. The hotel was in a great central location, right near the Spanish steps and only a 10-15 min walk to the Trevi fountain, would definitely recommend for couples (as the hotel name suggests) - there are a fair amount of sex toys in reception so I wouldn’t recommend for families. We did see a couple with a small child in the corridor and cringed slightly!

Because there was a jacuzzi bath/shower in the bedroom, there was a fair amount of mould on the walls around the windows. We made sure we opened the windows every time we had a shower/bath to let the steam out, but I’m sure other guests don’t do this. Perhaps asking guests to open the windows, or investing in a better extractor fan would help the situation (we turned the extractor fan on but it didn’t seem to do anything) - everything else about our stay was perfect

Stayed in the Loft room and the space was amazing with a nice large open layout. The showers were hot and the bath tub was very comfortable. The large couch/bed in the main living area is a lot of fun as well for when you are just relaxing. Breakfast options were impressive and they serve fairly early as well in case you need an earlier check-out. Temperature in the room was nice and cold especially on a hot day outside so it was appreciated when you first walk in. Finally, make it a point to check out the back room behind the main living area for a very fun surprise ;)

Not that we didn't like it but being on the top floor of a building with no elevator is definitely something to consider in case you have any accessibility issues or have a lot of bagsm There are staff available to help bring your bags up during regular business hours but if you have an early check out you may have to bring your bags down by yourself so it's something to consider for anyone who may have an issue with this.

I would recommend this Hotel to anyone! It was amazing!!!! The breakfast alone. Order the crossaint it was freshly baked and warm. The bed was awesome and the jazzui bath was unbelievable. Lovely staff too. Had a great feeling about it!

our 5th visit here so obviously we like it , great position near Spanish steps , staff superb

k I hate to make this point but for the first time we were in the building with no lift and on the 3rd floor , there are 80 steps quite steep and after a long day in rome these damn well near killed us , was even tempted to ask for another room but hotel was full , if you do struggle with mobility have a word before you book with the hotel I’m sure they can help , I will make sure next time I visit that I’m in the building across the road with the lift

The location is one of the best locations if you are visiting Rome for tourism. Amazing staff and great breakfast truly. We will be back. Thank you.

In the beginning, it might feel a little unusual stay for a family, but the feeling goes away in the first day.
