The location is very central and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants. The communication with the manager was very easy, Guido is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was sparse (only one croissant) but very good! It was just a short walk down the street. Guido is an excellent manager—so very helpful and always answers emails very promptly! He also arranged all our transportation needs and the drivers were very friendly. There is no problem leaving your luggage in the lobby because the lobby door is always locked. We walked to all attractions, so Residenze Romanae is in a great location! The room was on the smaller size but very clean. We enjoyed our stay—restaurants were everywhere! We definitely recommend this petite hotel!

The staircase is quite steep so this hotel would not be for anyone handicapped. A little tricky carrying a heavy suitcase up and down, but Guido took care of carrying it up. He was off duty when we left so a little hard carrying them down.

Everything was beautiful and comfortable, breakfast too. The surrounding area was just so fun to explore and always alive, so well kept compared to other large cities, felt very safe and populated as well.

I will say the 14th century door franes were not made in mind for anyone above provbably 6 foot 3 inches, also the shower water pressure was lacking and BOY is that bidet cold. The only real concern I had was the second night, a breif waterfall made its way from the ceiling to my sleeping self. Being woken up at the crack of dawn by ice water to the face isn't my ideal experience

Location is perfect, spacious and comfortable room, tasty breakfast (keep in mind a typical Italian breakfast is not a big portion, maybe other reviewers did not understand this), very quiet and isolated rooms despite the busy neighborhood. The price is expensive, but reasonable considering the location, and you get the money's worth. Guido is very nice and accommodating.

There is nothing concerning to mention. Contrary to some other reviews, the showers appeared clean.

The host, Guido, was more than friendly and welcoming, very helpful as well! Also, the space was very cute, in a small but very nice, adapted old building in a great location very near piazza Navona. The breakfast was down the street in a very cute cafe where locals come on the daily, with lovely fresh pastries, great coffee and fresh juice.

Our room had a separate bathroom that didn't have great ventilation. Also the street is a bit loud, but nothing that would ruin the stay.

Excellent location, we could reach every point of interest on foot. Several cafés and restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed and clean facilities. 'Italian style' breakfast (café, spremuta, cornetto) offered few steps from the property in a cozy bar. Room was very fresh despite the very hot days and the very efficient A/C could compliment that whenever needed. Towels change is done every second day. Friendly staff. Overall comfortable stay!

Street below can get quite busy in the evening which might be an issue if you have trouble sleeping with some noise (not our case though!). Toiletries offered (2 tiny little bottles of shampoo/shower gel) were not enough for 2ppl/4 nights and were not replenished when housekeeping was done. Found it a bit expensive but I guess these are the prices in the high season (?)

No mobile coverage. Due to the thick walls of the building, there were no calls or SMS available in our room (Caravaggio). Thankfully there was free Wi-Fi, so we could rely on WhatsApp calls and messages.

This B&B was just what we needed for our first stop in Italy. The concierge was extremely helpful and communicated with us through What’s App to make the trip into Rome very easy. The location was perfect as we really enjoyed the old city near Piazza Navona and gave us a great central location to visit many areas around Rome. Accommodations were very clean, simple with plenty of old world charm. Morning complimentary breakfast was just a few steps away where you have juice, caffe and a pastry of your choosing.

Not much to say on the negative side. Bathroom was a bit small and had an awkward step inside but we were not greatly bothered by this. Plenty of space for getting ready one at a time. My wife was very pleased overall.

Great location! Guido was so helpful and friendly! Very characterful hotel in the heart of a lot of merriment - restaurants, bars. Small but comfortable beds and clean.

Not having a bathroom in our room! I guess our room was the only one like that. Breakfast was down the road and just coffee and a small pastry. Not many choices at the time.
