Brilliant location right in the heart of old Rome - although this did make the address tricky to find at first. Cafes, bars and restaurants are literally at the front door. Easy walk to most of the key tourist sites. Comfortable bed, hot shower and quiet although it's in the centre of everything.

Be aware this is not a hotel - it's a room in a privately managed apartment. That said, it's very comfortable, but there's no reception desk and the keyless entry system means you must have reliable internet reception to access the link to unlock the doors. More coffee pods and some long-life milk would be nice for relaxing when you get back to the room.

Everything about our stay at Navona Central Relais was incredible. The A/C was the best we had on our entire 2-week Italy trip and the beds were the most comfortable. The staff was also extremely communicative, friendly and helpful. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, you cannot beat this location. It is around the corner from Piazza Navona, there is a wonderful market downstairs, and most of Rome's main sites (the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc.) are all within a 10-15 minute walk. We only took one taxi during our entire 3 night stay (back from the Colosseum) and, honestly, we could have walked back if our feet weren't killing us from walking all day. There are several dozen cafes, restaurants and bars all within a few hundred feet of the front door and, despite that, the room is still quiet and peaceful at night, even on a weekend. While you are in the heart of everything - Navona Central Relais is the perfect amount of tucked away, the front door is on a side street away from the hustle and bustle of the main avenues. The fun lights in the shower are just an added bonus. Needless to say, we highly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here the next time we are in Rome. We also recommended it to our friends who are traveling to Rome next month.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Everything about the property was amazing. First thing that made me feel comfortable is the cleanliness of the property. The location was a walking distance from all the attractions. It was close to your daily necessities as well ( coffee shop, groceries etc). Very safe local area. The owner (Andrea) was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we have a nice stay. A huge thanks to Daniel, who was there to help with anything we needed. In general I would’ve rate Navona Central Relias a 20 out of 10. When I come back I’ll stay there for sure. Thanks Andrea for a very memorable stay.

Daniele was a great host from the beginning. He had our room ready at 10 am!!! We were met by him every morning and he was so kind giving recommendations of restaurants and such. The beds were soooo comfortable and the shower had led lights which were fun. The room was very clean and they changed our towels everyday. The hallway had tea and coffee. And the location was amazing! We could do everything on foot in the old city. Overall an amazing experience!

• it was a bit hard to find at the beginning but once we made it in it was amazing. • some noise from the streets (did not bother us because we are deep sleepers but may be annoying to light sleepers).

Location is perfect for best spots in Rome. There is no breakfast but it is so easy and cheap to get at cafe opposite ( great coffee) many dinner options in surrounding streets and can walk everywhere. Great family room, large and spacious. Very clean. Great air con ! Easy self check/in instructions. Hosts are attentive and very helpful.

If I had to be picky - the toilet seat was annoying (should be fixed for the standard of property) The curtains are also annoying if you want to mostly block out light as they were difficult to pull across , there is still privacy. ( the fabric is too tight for the curtain rung - should be fixed) This is not a room with views of balconies.

Very centrally located. Just beside Piazza Navona and a short walk to Pantheon & Trevi Fountain. Also not far north is the Spanish Steps. Multiple shops, restaurants, gelato places, etc. close by. Daniel and Andrea are very kind, helpful and gracious to work with. Get your walking shoes ready and immerse yourself in the Rome city culture and food scene.

Noise sometimes at night on a weekend especially when soccer game is on at the bars close by but not much can be done about it due to location.

- the best thing about this place is the owners. They are very caring and kind. They are listening to our needs an find a solution every time there is a slight issue. They also recommended great places to eat. We tried four of them and this was always a success. - location is really great, at the heart of small streets with a lot of restaurants - the bed was comfortable - the bathroom was clean - keyless process to enter the rooms and the door is really smooth

If I need to find points of improvement : - a bit more space / storage would be nicer. If we had stayed more than 4 days it may have been a slight issue ; 1 extra closet + 1 or 2 coat hooks would be nice - there was no trash bin in the room (only in the bathroom), but as soon as we mentioned it to the cleaning lady, they added one the very evening :) - the doors are a bit light and let pass a lot of sound. We can hear very easily when the other guests make noise in the common entrance, especially when they arrive late or leave early. Finding a solution to make the door stop the sound would make the place even better (or at least add a sign asking people to not make noise when in the common area)

If you are planning a trip to Rome and wondering where to stay, your search ends here! The location of this place is unbeatable and the rooms are impeccably clean. However, what truly sets this accommodation apart is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. Staying here feels like staying with friends. The hosts are extremely helpful and provided us with perfect recommendations for all our queries. The check-in process is also very convenient, especially if you have a late flight like we did. I still remember the delicious morning coffee we were offered every day and the feeling of stepping out onto the bustling streets of Rome, which is the heart of all the attractions. Whether you want to visit the Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, the Colosseum or Trastevere, everything is just a short walk away. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

This was our first time staying in a "non-hotel" option so I admit we did not know what to expect. The location was insanely good, less than a two minute walk from Piazza Navona and thus, central to everything. The rooms are cozy and well maintained. We made a mistake in our booking which the part-time on-site porter, Daniele, quickly addressed to our complete satisfaction. There is a small minibar in the room as well as a safe, and the bathrooms feature multicolored LEDs, which my kids obviously loved. There is a casual and very good café across the street (I never saw them close...) that has outdoor seating adjacent to the building, and there is no shortage of places to eat within immediate walking distance, as well as a grocery downstairs. The owners were very friendly and helpful as well, offering us several services to help facilitate an easy arrival and stay and while we didn't require them, the availability was greatly appreciated. If you don't require the amenities of a full service hotel, this is an excellent choice!

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, and less than twenty to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, St. Peter's and an Underground stop. Accommodations were excellent, comfortable beds, great wifi, great bathroom and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

There is a restaurant/bar next door that plays music pretty late, but if you close the windows, it's no problem. Also, if someone smokes in the hall, it doesn't stay there 😔 And although it says it's a "Bed and Breakfast" there is only coffee available (wasn't a problem for us, but just be aware)
