Large room, very comfortable bed. Great location. Well thought out design. A good choice for it's location and comfort. Reception staff were friendly Plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Some noise is to be expected from adjoining rooms, especially in an old building, but felt the sound proofing from the adjoining bathroom could have been better as this is a modern modification. It did not spoil our holiday but was louder than expected.

it is located on a very busy shopping street, which is full of tourists during the day. it is not as close to the touristic attractions as you would expect though. only spanish steps and villa borgese maybe. that's it. we had to walk more then 1km each way when we wanted to do something in the city center. they wrote us pretty precise instructions via whatsapp how to enter, to get our keys and reach our room. if you won't be able to access your whatsapp it would be better if you contact them beforehand and clarify how you want to be contacted. we easily followed the instructions and accessed out room. room looked like a classic modern hotel room. but the reception system is a bit different. they are absent during some hours of the day. but overall we didn't experience any inconvenience related to it. we also used the luggage room with a code when we checked out. this service was included. everything was in tact with our belongings and we took our luggage in the evening before leaving to the airport. I know sometimes people loose their belongings when they use such rooms in Italy, but our experience was nice. price and quality matched.

Fantastic location, we were a 30min max walk away from pretty much all of the key places we wanted to see in the city. Great restaurants near Trevi fountain were only about 15mins away for example. The room had a little sofa and living room space which we didn't know about beforehand (we thought it was just the bedroom and bathroom) which meant we had ample space. The bed was firm and comfortable (the pillows were unreal too). They had daily room cleaning and a 24hr concierge to help book our 4am taxi to the airport. Would definitely recommend to others. We chose it as a cheap option for a 5 day city break and it was perfect.

Nothing really, if i could find anything it took a little bit of time to locate the front door as the sign wasn't huge. But found it in the end - right next to the AS Roma store.

Great location near Piazza Spagna and Piazza del Populo. The street where it's located is busy but the windows are pretty well soundproof. Even if the rest of the building leaves a bit to be desired, the room itself was clean and comfortable.

The rest of the building is a bit "rusty" to be called "Luxury" to be honest. WiFi can be pretty slow. When it rains the elevator doesn't work sometimes, so if that happens to you when you check out you might find you'll need to climb 3 sets of stairs to go to your room.

The property's central location was a plus allowing us to walk to where we wanted. There were also restaurants which remained open till late which was convenient given that we arrive late at night.

I would stay again at the property but would try to get a room on a floor which did not requires us to go up stairs since the lift did not reach the upper floors all the way.

Having to navigate up & down 2 flights of stairs before reaching the room we stayed Also need to be extra cautious when stepping out of the elevator to the annex to the rooms as there a sort of a curb or shallow step could be hazardous if you trip on Perhaps they could add a sticker to indicate caution

Rooms right in the centre of Rome and next to a tube station. The room was very quiet and comfortable with tv, air conditioner, extra duvet. The bed is comfortable and there is a fridge. Luggage storage is also present which is very convenient.

Well priced accommodation in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Handy baggage store for use between booking out and departure. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lift is a bonus when transporting cases to upper floors.

The location is pretty much at the center of Rome, on a main road leading to great attractions!

It was hard finding the place, even after the taxi driver dropped us off in the actual place. It’s located in an old apartment structure, and you wouldn’t think it’s the hotel, entrance looks like a private building. The “Luxury King room” is quite small but arranged very well, so you don’t feel claustrophobic. TV is not working, and it is not a “smart tv”, so no way to use Netflix or something like that. The staff told us that tap water in not recommended in Rome, and we should buy water. The mini bar was empty, so we had to buy water from the hotel for 1.50€ per 0.5 liter (quite a rip-off)

Excellent location and staff was very nice

Everything was great except for the fact that the bed’s headboard was very dusty, like very visibly dusty so I didn’t really feel comfortable putting any of my stuff on it (as it functioned also as a nightstand)
