Breakfast was served on the roof top garden. Fantastic setting and good choice for breakfast. Unlimited coffee was outstanding. Location is perfect, just off them main road (via del corso) that puts you withing walking distance of the majority of the main attractions this wonderful city has to offer. Rooms are huge, well appointed and very quiet. Really efficient air con. The best thing about this hotel are the wonderful staff who go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and have a wonderful vacation. This would be my go to place when back in Rome and I can thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Rome. 10/10!

You couldn't get a more convenient location to all the major attractions Rome has to offer and some great shopping. Hotel Poesis is also central to some great restaurants. It's nice that the Hotel includes a basic breakfast with very friendly staff that was fluent in english. The rooms were roomy and one key point for us what that we wanted to be in the center of it all, but on quiet street, which is the case for the Poesis Hotel. Every member of the hotel staff friendly and welcoming and very helpful; from the driver pickup at the airport, to the receptionist to the management.

We had a minor issue with the hot water in our room, but the hotel took care of this issue immediately. The management was involved and even left a wonderful bottle of wine in our room to apologize for the inconvenience.

A hotel with only eight rooms in the heart of Rome is carefully designed and boasts exceptional details that make it seem like an art gallery or a high-end furniture store. If lucky, you will stay in a suite on the fourth floor, where a balcony offers splendid views. Guests can indulge in breakfast on the hotel terrace a floor higher. The host served breakfast with tremendous love and attention - an approach a guest rarely encounters in chain-branded hotels. The intimate breakfast par excellence was a five-star experience.

Perhaps only a tiny remark regarding the mini bar: the offer could be more diverse. The owners could offer their own wine list and a list of recommendations.

The Poesis Experience is a quaint and artful hotel space and it is situated in a good location for easily getting out and having a stroll, getting a bite to eat, etc. The rooftop balcony is quite a lovely spot for a bit of breakfast, etc.

It is difficult to identify things about the hotel I didn't like. Gaining access from the street door proved, at times, to be a bit of a science project. And, I think my girlfriend would have preferred a softer mattress. Minor things, really.

This beautiful boutique hotel was extremely special. The personalised service we received throughout our stay was superb, the staff could not do enough for us and nothing was a problem (they even loaned my sister their personal hair curler to use during our stay!) The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully appointed. The lift all the way to the top level was brilliant as many hotels around Europe do not have lifts! Rooftop breakfast was superb and again with very personalised service, lovely terrace. Location fab! I would definitely stay here again. Wifi connection also brilliant!

The only significant complaint would be the water force from the shower which was really poor. And if I had to be picky, I would have loved if the apartment featured a bath for some extra pampering, but overall brilliant!

Location is great in quieter section near Spanish steps. Excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop terrace and honesty bar was a nice way to escape the bustle of crowds in Rome. Staff were kind and personal.

Bathroom was too plain - cement floors were slippery and shower knob kept falling off despite instructions on how to use it. Taxi arrangements to airport did not work which left us stranded despite help from offsite hotel staff (no staff on premise from 11pm-6am). They did follow up to apologize for the inconvenience but this could be better handled by providing a way to reach the private taxi ourselves and with some kind of back up plan.

From the moment we walked into the Poesis Experience Hotel we felt very welcome and taken care of. The staff could not have been more helpful. Everyone was so lovely. Our suite had ample space and nice design touches. The breakfast was served on the enclosed portion of the rooftop. Gorgeous view! The food was generous and delicious. Great way to start the day. It was easy to walk to major sites. Good shopping and restaurants very close by.

The bathrooms are pretty basic, but honestly, it didn't detract a bit from the overall experience.

Everything. Room was very big, clean & comfortable. And was very stylish also. Hotel has a rooftop bar. It was amazing! You can enjoy the view with a bottle of vine or just sit there chilling. Staff was friendly and amazing! Helped us to book a taxi to airport in a busy afternoon traffic. Breakfast a la cart was pretty good too. This hotel was the best experience from all our weekly Italian trip. Thank you!

We had the very best stay here. You simply can’t get a better location in Rome. We walked almost everywhere from the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and after walking around all day it was like coming back to our own little oasis. The staff could not do enough to help with anything we asked. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection.

I can’t fault this property on anything.

enjoyed the quality of rooms and beds? spacious and wonderful location. the breakfast was amazing - Jessica was very kind. it’s only 8 units so not a bustling place but exactly what we needed as a base, a great start with breakfast followed by a late night glass of wine on the roof top patio.

couldn’t get the tv to work but we only used it for YouTube and watched videos about Italy.
