We were traveling for our 30th anniversary, so we wanted nice, but also reasonably priced. The bed was so comfortable that both my husband and I loved it which is rare as he likes a firm mattress and I like a soft mattress. It was very clean and quiet. Francesca offered a lovely and delicious breakfast spread and several options made to order. Public transportation was nearby, although we walked everywhere, including to the colosseum (a bit exhausting, but our choice). Lots of restaurants were about 3 blocks away. The best food we had nearby was a small pizza place called Alice Pizza. So good and economical. I would absolutely stay at Trastevere 2.0 again!

The host was really nice! We loved everything. The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and clean like a hotel! I would book this again if we travel to Rome again in a heartbeat. A plus - the bathroom was squeaky clean and there were extra towels easily available.
We couldn't borrow utensils when we had to take out food nd eat in the room, but this was no problem. I guess there was a misunderstanding since the booking says the kitchen can be used. But we took this lightheartedly and enjoyed eating anyway :)

Everything!! The room, the location, the FOOD! Thank you so much Francesca and Francesca's mother, you were great hosts, you have a wonderful place, really clean, comfortable bed, not to mention the breakfast which was just perfect, everything home cooked and so tasty! The accommodation is perfectly located right next to all the bars and restaurants in the Trastevere area, which is definitely the best area to stay, but still quiet in the evenings. I đź’Ż recommend!
Nothing!

The location of the property was excellent and is situated in an ideal location especially for restaurants, and is a good central location to walk to the city centre across the river, and the Vatican City. We did not feel unsafe in the area, even at night or very early in the morning. The room was perfectly sized and was everything we needed for our stay. It was clean upon arrival, and was cleaned every day of our stay. Unfortunately, due to our itinerary, we could not stay for breakfast, which is served from 8am, but Francesca was more than accommodating and prepared a go-bag for me and my partner!! Francesca also allowed us to check-out slightly later, which was much appreciated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and will likely stay here again if we return to Rome in the near future.

It is in the heart of Trastevere. Very nice area. The host Raffaella was so welcoming that it felt like home, specially during breakfast.
Unfortunately, there is not much transport around. So be aware that the best way to get around is to walk. But this gives you the opportunity to see so much more about Rome as every little street is beautiful and there is always something to discover.

Lovely breakfast prepared each morning with different options to choose from. Francesca was very lovely. The room was very clean and homely and check in was easy. Great and safe location in Trastavere (although up a hill) but nice and close to good restaurants and convenience stores.
The fridge wasn’t very cold and the wifi cut out a few times due to work being done nearby (not the fault of the accommodation).

This charming bed and breakfast is a true gem, lovingly run by its owner who pours heart and attention into every detail. Though small in size, it exudes warmth and charm, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. Its location is ideal, nestled just a short walk from vibrant areas filled with lively restaurants and bars, offering both tranquility and easy access to the best local spots. Perfect for a peaceful yet convenient stay!

We had a wonderful weekend in Rome! It's a family hotel with very friendly and helpful hostesses - Francesca and her mother. The hotel offers stylish and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need: a fridge, a kettle, a TV. The bed is very comfortable, and the area is quiet. I especially want to mention the delicious homemade breakfast with eggs, yogurt, ham, pastries and coffee, which is quite diverse for Italy. I highly recommend staying at this hotel👍

The breakfast was excellent. There are fresh fruits, pastries, home made cookies and tarts, and your choice of yogurt, eggs, etc. We had an really morning foodstuff and Francesca prepared a nice breakfast for us to take with us. The room was surprisingly quiet given that it was so close to the busy piazza. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was a nice size and the water stayed hot. There is a heating / cooling unit in the room with a remote so we were always comfortable. The place itself is very secure, with locked entries from the street, to the status, and then into the apartment. The area was lively and safe.

There is nothing not to like about Francesca and the stay at Trastevere 2.0. If I have any regret is that we only booked to stay two nights; we will be going back. The area where it is very well placed for food and within easy walking distance of the ancient sites of Rome. It is quieter, so sleeping at night is undisturbed. Francesca spent a lot of time before we arrived organising taxis to pick us up from the airport and an onward journey, which worked perfectly. Everything you need is on the room, and the breakfast sets you up for a good day with fresh and homemade foods.
