location was really good, room are really decent and clean meeting 4 stars hotel standards, staff are nice

the radiator/aircon is broken, so one of the room is very warm, it was broken on 24 degree but it feels warmer than that; and the room is next to the road so cannot really leave the window open when sleeping. The reception is in a really high floor, the lift only fits 1 person with 1 suitcase. if you are travelling with lots of bags/suitcases, its too difficult to get up there.

The rooms were bigger than expected and recently renovated. The pricepoint was very fair considering we travelled in easter.

We were a bit suprised that the apartment and the double room was almost 1 km. walking distance from each other.

The location of our apartment was so perfect! We were about 5 minutes walking distance to Trevi Fountain and all the busy central part of Rome. Absolutely fantastic to be able to get around by foot with ease. The apartment was very clean and large so we had plenty of room for our group of 8 people. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

The elevator was small and only 2-3 people could fit in. But I'm grateful there was an elevator because we were on the 4th floor and those stairs would have been too much to handle with luggage and the heat of Rome in the summer.

The staff was very nice and polite, the locations was really great and wonderful views aty night. we honestly had a great experience here. The Air con was Ice Cold which was a blessing in 39 degree heat. the rooms were very clean, fresh and modern.

The Hotel was brilliant, really was a great place The one thing i would say about the area is to watch out for the tourist tax, we had food in one place which was over priced, also had 3 cakes and 2 bottles of water which we were charged 45 euros for. We did find some really great places if you walk up from the hotel which were at normal pricing, my advice would be to check prices where ever you go if your ordering anything.

Location was excellent, only a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain or Metro station, which you could take to get to the Colosseum or Vatican City. Staff were incredibly helpful, they offered to let us leave our bags for an extra 30 minutes after reception closed as we had a late flight home. Room was clean and well air-conditioned (which was necessary in the 39°c heat) and had all the necessary facilities.

My only complaint is that there was no 24 hour reception. As our flight landed in Rome late at night, I had to use the self check-in on arrival (instructions of which were sent to me and was easy to do). As reception closed at 5pm we were not able to leave our bags past this time, however, staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags for an additional 30 minutes (there's also a luggage storage place across the road from the hotel which we used to hold our bags for an additional 2 hours).

The location of the hotel is excellent - all the major attractions are in a walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. Next to entrance of the building, there is a restaurant which offers very tasty food.

This was the best placed I stayed in europe in my life! I was very worried about the reviews online, but it was amazing! The staff helped me in everything. The hotel is not similar of how the hotels operate in my country: it is a floor in a building and they have only a couple of rooms available, that is why the elevator and the entrance are not the best but because the other floors are residential. But in my opinion, the elevator, even being small, was fully working without any problems for us. We just had to make two trips with the luggage because we were carrying a lot. Not a problem! The rooms are very big and ventilated, very spacious and the cleaning was always on point. The rooms have a kettle with coffee available, and some pre-made snacks that you can get for very cheap if you want. The shower was very clean with very hot water and we didnt feel cold in any days, the heater was working properly. The localization was perfect and near everything we needed: market, metro, fontana, restaurants.. Everything was perfect and I will be back again!

I think the description online should be better explaining how the hotel works for those that are not familiar with european hotels. I was very confused at first but everything worked out!

The location was perfect. We were need to Fontana do Trevi and Spanish steps. The room was very clean and we had cleaning and new towels everyday. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The internet was poor. That was not a problem for us cause we had data in our phones, but you can’t use the Wi-Fi perfectly because it is making a lot of disconnections. The AC was not working. We were lucky we went to Rome on hot days. The receptionist came to the room to check and made it working but not perfectly. We had to have the AC on all the day to have a simply good temperature for the next 3 days. The elevator some times didn’t work so we had to curry our staff at the third floor.

The Tritons House was truly exceptional! First of all, we were impressed by the cleanliness – it was spotless in every area. Its location is ideal, with easy access to everything we needed and situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, which made us feel completely comfortable and secure. The room was also impeccably clean and well-maintained, while the mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

I booked the Tritone Top House for its separate bedrooms and living area. I was pleasantly surprised by the fabulous location of this property. It felt very safe and was in a prime location with amazing restaurants and high-end shops just outside the front door and the Spagna Metro Station and Spanish Steps just 3 short blocks away. Reception was flexible and remained in contact as we navigated a delayed arrival due to flight issues.

The rooms were as advertised. No concerns.
