Fabulous hotel and location right next door to Rinascente department store, only a few minutes walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The location was excellent, but what made our stay even more memorable was the staff. From meeting us upon arrival, explaining the area with a map of the 'must see' locations, they were always there, happy to help if we ever needed anything. The personal service is absolutely top-notch, something you don't get in larger hotels. The rooms had everything we needed and cleaned every day with fresh towels. All in all, it was a lovely experience which made our 5 day stay in Rome, extra special. We want to thank all the team members at Chic & Town Luxury rooms. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed 4 nights. Location was perfect, walking distance to all the major sights. Furthest was Vatican and we walked there no problem. (late 50s) Breakfast voucher for the cafe just down the road a bit was great and they were very welcoming there. Food was juice, coffee, pastry and / or toasted sandwich. They even catered for me with gluten free options. A tip for any cafe in Italy is to ask for your coffee extra hot or it will be luke warm.

Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. We were at the back of the building and there was some construction noise in the mornings but otherwise quiet. I assume that will be finished soon. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Really clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a safe, fridge, powerful aircon and hairdryer. I felt very safe being a solo traveller. I will definitely stay again!

Lack of plug sockets and the key code didn’t work for me to get in past hours (after 9am) they didn’t let me know about the plan b way to get in so had to call the emergency number, so ask for the back up at check in if they don’t let you know. Also building work going on in the building which started early, but I was up to start the day. Some guests might have wanted a later start. Very minor but worth noting.

Very clean, comfortable rooms although slightly on the small side it did not matter for a city break when you’re not in the room much. Nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Central location, we walked everywhere.

Nothing, would stay here again. Be aware that it’s on two floors of an old building - there is a lift but it’s a little small, easier to go up and down the stairs.

I loved the location of the hotel. It is right inside the historical centre of Rome. A five minute walk to the magnificent Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. Also, the building is very well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and always willing to help and accommodate your needs! Great value for money! I definitely want to be back in Rome and I will probably choose this establishment again!

Not really a disadvantage, but it would be nice if there were some more toiletries and a pair of slippers for us to use inside the room.

We are a family of four and spent a week in this hotel in July 2022. We concidered between a bigger hotel outside the city and a smaller central hotel. Luckily we decided to come to city. The location was great. Trevi, Spanis steps, Pantheon and many more attractions were with short walking distance. Also the major shopping streets were evenly close. We found a cheap market and a pharmacy just around the street corner. For little longer trips bus stop was a hundred meters and subway just a few hundred meters away. Rooms were clean and cozy with comfortable beds. But most of all, the staff was truly friendly and helpful with good english. Every time walking by the reception we got a nice smile and a greeting. We really felt welcome here, thank you.

Breakfast was outside the hotel in a small cafe. It was very good there and they had nice warm sandwiches, as well as coffee included. The room had a mini fridge and several complementary snacks on entry, just what we needed after the journey there. The hotel had their own Netflix account which was a very pleasant surprise. Staff in particular were very nice and welcoming, as well as informative. They were accommodating of special requests we made such as arriving early.

We couldn't get the room that was in the photo with the bathroom. The price is high. Noisy construction work, but this is a temporary phenomenon. Nevertheless, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff left only good impressions of this place.

Lovely comfortable room, very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location a few mins walk from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, plenty of restaurants a few min walk away,2x mini markets around the corner. Delicious breakfast at local cafe - brioches and toasted sandwich and coffee. Would definitely recommend and will stay in same hotel next trip 👍

I absolutely loved my short stay at the chic and town luxury rooms! Francesco was absolutely amazing and helped me with all my luggage and arranging transportation for me. He also provided me with recommendations for dinner which was absolutely divine. One of the best beds and sleeps I had whilst on my month long stay in Italy. Location is also great and close to all major sites, I would highly recommend and come back!
