When we first stepped in, the receptionist welcomed us with warm smile. She guided us through all of the services in the hotel and recommended a bunch of local places for food and gelato. She specifically let us know which one is more of the locals favorite and which one is touristic. The receptionists helped us with everything we need from booking us a taxi to pointing where to go for money exchange, etc. The room was cleaned every time we step out and come back. Towels were replaced daily. Breakfast was great with many choices and the rooftop bar has a nice view and good drinks. It's super close to the Trevi Fountain (4min walk) and other good restaurants. We love our stay so much we hope we can come back very soon!

The faucets at the sink and the bidet were a bit worn out.

Great location, great staff, excellent breakfast

The room we were in faced the intersection, and sleep was almost impossible. Manager told us that if we had complained he would have moved us. Our view is that we should not have been placed us in this room(104) in the first place . Management is aware of the noise problem

The location of the hotel was amazing, the staff were great and the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The ambience of the hotel was dark and elegant.

The towels and bathrobes could've been cleaner. We had to change the room because some rooms had silver fish bugs that would come from the small openings between the wooden floor and walls. We noticed them in two rooms and the other two rooms my family was staying in did not have any, so its all about your luck and your tolerance of small bugs. These two points are the only things stopping me from giving this hotel 10/10.

The (free with our room) breakfast was fantastic, as was the service at breakfast. While our room was pricey, it was worth every penny. Room 101 has a balcony with a rare, fantastic view (otherwise, the rooftop common area is stunning). The layout of the room was perfect for a family of four (2 teenagers, who loved it)—and stylish. It's just far enough from Trevi to get out of the tourist crush—and be quiet at night—close enough to be there within 5 minutes. Every thing we wanted to see was about 25 minutes away, max. Staff exceeded every need. A total gem.

Zero complaints. Again, you'll pay a decent amount, and if you can, it's worth it. No complaints here at all.

The hotel location was superb- very close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the main attractions. Very well positioned for shopping, with small boutiques as well as all the big names and even 2 department stores very close to the hotel. The rooms are lavishly decorated in warm , moody tones. We were offered free use of a mobile phone which was great for when our phone batteries ran out, as well as a complementary minibar filled with snacks. The staff here are extremely warm and welcoming and they went out of their way to help us with directions.

Had the roof terrace been slightly larger we might have been able to sit up there, but it was full each time we attempted to do so.

Food was good but the service was slow and inefficient. Had to wait for my meal and had to ask for an item several times before it was brought to the table. The receptionists were excellent; all very professional, very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

The bathroom lacked some features i.e. nowhere to place face cloth or face scrubber in the shower. The shower was funky and did not close all the way, therefore water splashed outside the shower creating puddle on bathroom floor. Lighting and overall decor was a bit dark. Not enough power outlets for hair accessories in the room, especially if sharing room with another person.

This was a very nice hotel with an excellent location. The room was very nice and good breakfast too. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and how close we were to many sights because we like to walk. The staff was so helpful - always available and eager to assist. They went over and above helping us with our misplaced luggage from airport.

Only one thing that was odd - shower is set up such that water gets out onto bathroom floor.

The staff was great. The ladies at breakfast were very nice and welcoming. Always asked if we wanted to order extras, offered us coffee etc. They made us feel at home. The cleaning staff was so nice every time and did a perfect job. Cleanliness was very good and they always offered to help us.

The bathroom needs a little maintenance. Water seemed to be leaking out of the shower area for no reason and the ventilation did not seem to work properly.

The location of the hotel is great, very central, and close to some of the main attractions in Rome. We loved our room, it's on the darker side, but that fits the overall styling. Their rooftop terrace was a huge plus, great for dinner or late-night drinks. Very kind and helpful staff. They have a mobile phone (free of charge) with google maps etc, a nice extra!

No sockets next to the bed sides, we had to disconnect the lamps to use our chargers. They do have USB ports, but only the older ones—no USB-C. An adapter would be useful here. Not a lot of space for your suitcase, it was ok, but if you've 2 you're in trouble. There was no body wash, only shampoo (which was great), and conditioner. The soap could use something to put it on, the sink becomes quite messy this way.

The front desk staffs are very helpful. They go all out to assist you the best they can. It is walking distance to Trevi Fountain The hotel is also located at the shopping streets.

The second day we were there, by 3pm, we came back to hotel only to find that no room service was done. I did not bother. Half hour later there was a knock on my door, she wanted to do room service. I asked if you can come later, she said no, either I do it now or it will not be done. So I took a walk. This is not acceptable response by cleaning staff. Third day, the cleaning was done much earlier before I return to hotel.
