Great breakfast and staff are very kind and professional ones. Everything you want on bath and towels will be changed daily. The bar and restaurant are also great. The hotel is it very quit even it's near highway. Thank you.

The hotel furniture it's a little bit old and the location it is a little bit far from Milan downtown and touristic attractions. You can reach with metro train + a small metro without driver (one station to hospital Rafael) or by taxi.

Considering our requirements for the business trip we've had, Hotel Rafael was a great choice for us. We needed private parking - check Breakfast - check Nice & Clean & fairly Spacious Room - check Able to issue Invoice (needed for our company) - check Prompt & Nice & Helpful Staff - check Free Wi-Fi - check And it was also reasonably close to the location where we needed to go...but this of course varies from person to person. Hence, I definitely recommend Hotel Rafel :)

All good! Nothing to complain about. Clean, simple, all works, positive English speaking staff. Great location, it would be interesting and funny to use monorail train from hotel to city subway. 300 meters from hotel to mono train. Highly recommend for solo travellers. Breakfast is included 7-10am, good choice: eggs, bacon, omelette, coffee and juices. A/c works, water is on, what else to wish? Highly recommend

It was very clean and the room was cleaned daily. The restaurant is very good and offers some goodies. The hotel is located on the grounds of San Rafael, here you can also find shopping, laundry service and much more. The hotel is right next to a hospital. From the hotel you can get to the subway station very quickly by electronic train. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The car can be left free of charge (included in the room rate) in the hotel parking lot in the secured area.

The room was quite good. Breakfast was also goo. Location is 7 stops by train from the Milan Central station. Staff was helpful.

It was hard to find the hotel coming from the train station. With google map it didn't work. We asked local people to help and they really did. After 40 minutes walking in very hot weather we finally found the hotel. The other weird thing was a way to the train station from the hotel - it was a short cut but only for people working at the hospital. Others had to walk for 11 more minutes to get there.

Value for money (the cheapest option we found in Milan), cozy and clean room, great and delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff (the AC was fixed as we asked them), quiet room. Suitable if you're traveling by car.

First night the AC was not working, after we asked to fix it, it was still not cooling the room. I highly recommend to fix AC before summer. It was very hot and stuffed in the room, the window couldn't be opened very wide, when it's opened a bit (10cm) we had lots of mosquitos inside, so we couldn't sleep well. Apart from this, everything was fine. :)

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite. Very helpful in giving directions.

A little hard to get into Malan Central, needed to catch a bus then the metro. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

I really liked the breakfast. The room was well proportioned and the location was just beside the hospital. Stuff was providing an excellent cleaning and support in every request.

The pillows were not comfortable enough.

there were many bugs in the bed - you should look for bed bugs everywhere. In addition, the beds were quite old and over-used, could be renovated.

Location was little confusing when we first arrived. Took some tine for us to find the hotel. The google map took us to the hospital. We were told by the front desk that hotel and hospital have tge dame address(???)

Communication in English was little difficult
