The staff at reception was very nice. it was my first time travel to Italy. The manager was very helpful and friendly. due to the early flight, I arrrived at 9am in the morning, which is much earlier than the normal check in time. the staff help to corrodinate the room cleaned seperately for my early check in. when I leave the hotel, the hotel manager took me to the bus station shows me how to take the bus. These were additional service. Really appreciated! Very good first impression on Italy.

There are several negative reviews here. I do not know if that could be another ving of the hotel. We found our room to be quiet, clean, good bed, fair size bathroom, nice towels and toiletries, and the aircon was working fine. The floor was of wood (and clean). The furniture was also good.

We used this hotel only for an overnight stay, as we had to catch the flight,next morning. There is no restaurant (they suggested some food delivery). The area is deserted at night. Te 4-5 min Taxi ride to Linate was 25 Euro (but it was 5 am in the morning).

Very good breakfast. Something is there for all. Clean room. Welcoming staff and very helpful. Overall you will get as you paid. So definitely value for money. It's my true review. I stayed there with my family. Location is little far but you knew it before booking. So no issue. I recommend it for budget travellers. Comfortable stay no doubt.

The evening recepsionist deserve te be manager. And the Hotel even was build before my father birth was okay and i liked so much

All personell was very attentive, my check out was early in the morning, and I could not make it to breakfast in time. However, the administrator gave me some croissants before opening the door, which was very nice of him.

The walls are quite thin, you could hear someone vacuuming or hairdrying in the midnight))

The location is very good for Linate airport, the staff were helpful and the room was perfectly fine for our purposes. If you don't want to take a taxi from the centre, the hotel is reachable via public transport and a 10 minute walk.

The shower was quite small - not a problem for us but one to think about if you have mobility issues.

Great receptionist who was very helpful, up to ordering me a taxi to the airport.

Only issue is the Wifi doesn't work for devices running Windows 11 and the latest version of Android. Shame because I think the fix isn't too difficult, just needs someone to go into the router and update the security settings. That being said, small issue overall and didn't impact my great stay :)

The hotel is very close to Linate airport and outside the belt of urban traffic. I just spent a night, the room was clean and enough for my needs. The staff is very kind and helpful. I will use this facilty again!

Some of the customers arrived late and made a lot of noise. This is not accountable to the facility, of course. The bed was a tiny single bed, but was not a surprise, that's what i booked.

Short taxi ride to airport within walking distance to Segrate train station where the trains take you to the city. Wonderful choice of breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff especially Simone and Giuseppe who went out of their way to help us navigate the travel on the public transport system.
