The staff was really kind and polite, and the room was in perfect conditions. I loved the they give us snacks in the room as courtesy, and the camomile tea was definitely a good call since I arrived at night. The shuttle service is one of the best points, getting you from and to Linate airport in a few minutes. All you have to do is go to the gate 4 of the airport and call the hotel to ask them to send you one right away.

I read reviews saying of a noise complaint because of a club, but as I stayed on a Thursday there wasn't any party going on. The room didn’t seem very sound proof, which can be a downside. However they do offer earplugs to cover that issue. I used it because I’m a light sleeper and they worked fine.

Aside from the excellent facilities, one of the best features of this hotel is the shuttle service to and from the airport and metro. Though the hotel is a bit far from the city center, their shuttle service makes it easy and convenient for guests to reach the nearest M4 metro station to Duomo. The staff are very friendly, including the housekeepers (which I forgot to ask their names), shuttle service drivers (Jr, Rico, Robbie, and Joseph), and the receptionists, Juliano and Matteo. The restaurant staff are also very friendly. Additionally, they refill the refrigerator daily with two bottles of water, Pepsi, and Mirinda at no extra charge. The rooms are cleaned, and the bed linens and towels are changed every day. Staying at the Best Western Air Hotel Linate is highly recommended!

The receptionist, Sharif, appears to be perpetually mad and unfriendly, bordering on being rude. He could benefit from training to improve his customer service skills.

It was just over the road from the venue we were going to. The staff were really nice also.

The room wasn't that clean, tbe bedside table was all sticky and there was a pool of sticky stuff down the side of it. I just cleaned it up myself. The pillows were really flat and hard. Only 1 small bottle of water in the fridge for two people to use. No milk or decent coffee in the rooms either, I'd hoped for better than sachets of Nescafe. There is no clear way in to the hotel from the opposite side of the road (not the hotels fault I guess). But it is quite a dangerous road. I suppose most people are only using it to go to and from the airport though. Very pricey considering that breakfast wasn't included, compared to everywhere else we stayed in the area. Again only vending machine coffee in the communal areas. Let's italy down I think.

The shuttle ran on a regular schedule to the airport and subway terminal. This made it convenient for us to catch the subway to go to the city center and our flight home. All the staff were very friendly and helpful for a non-native speaker like myself. The cleaning staff greeted us with a friendly smile and "Buongiorno" in the morning. Although the location is less than a mile from the airport, it is a quiet location in which we could open the room windows and not hear the local traffic or airplanes. The hotel is clean, bright, and fresh. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to be close to the airport and subway.

The room was great. The parking was super easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was very good. It was right beside the LIN airport so the free shuttle was very fast and convenient. The hotel is very modern and well kept. We had a very early flight so we didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast.

Being right beside the airport, noise from the airplanes was very loud. They did stop flying at 11:45 pm and didn't start up again until 6AM so you had at least 6 hours of quite. While the hotel is right by the airport and you can see it from the major street that runs by it, it is a little tricky to get into. You have to drive down a small laneway to get to the hotel. we had to stop and ask how to get there. There didn't seem to be any nearby restaurants, but that was not a problem as the hotels restaurant was very good.

The room was good size and the bathroom had quite extensive amenities (cotton wool, shower cap, small mending kit which came in handy, dental kit, shaving set), which was a real surprise and pleasure to see. I have not seen more than an all purpose liquid soap(bolted to the barhroom wall) in hotels I have stayed recently. The hotel really does cater for short stays by those who need a bed before or after their flight out of Linate. The bar and restaurant offered very good food and wine. My flight was early so I missed the breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was readily available as the vehicle was run by the hotel and departed from the hotel (unlike one hotel near Malpensa at which I had to drag my heavy luggage few hundred meters on to the main road to catch the general airport shuttle.

Lack of box of tissues in the bathroom. There was a small packet with few tissues but they were gone quickly and I had to use the toilet paper.. My room faced the front, not the inner courtyard, so despite the double glazing, I was disturbed by shouts and noises late at night.

It was more than what I expected. Staff was super helpful friendliest we had experienced that day. They took our sleeping arrangements into consideration beforehand which was super helpful for a 5am flight. Hotel had restaurant and bar which helped as well! The restaurant manager and staff were so lovely and accommodating especially with how exhausted our family was, we could tell the manager took pride in his work and was such a good person made our evening.

Close to airport - prompt, reliable shuttle service. We called when our flight landed and the shuttle was sent right away. For our flight in the morning, the shuttle runs continuously - taking away any concern about arriving late. Breakfast begins at 6:00 am which was great for earlier flights - other hotels we had stayed in during our trip the breakfast often started at 8:00 am. Breakfast was truly a buffet - very good and plentiful. Staff very professional. They even upgraded our room with no extra charge.

The hotel is walking distance to the airport. I rented a car and dropped it off the night before my flight. If you only have small luggage, you can wak from the car park to the hotel, although you do have to navigate across the street. The shuttle service in the morning was on-time and very convenient.

To walk from the airport to the hotel, you have to cross the street where there is no pedestrian walkway or light and you need to step over a guard rail. It is an inconvenience, but definitely manageable.

The staff is friendly and professional. The shuttle service from and to the airport is impeccable. Abundant free parking for own car and I guess this is really a great advantage. It's just six minutes walk from Linate Airport terminal and its Metro.

The interiors of the hotel are a bit outdated and wear. For breakfast I was astonished that cappuccino is not prepared but its from the machine. In Italy cappuccino and coffee should be prepared by a barista. Due to this reason I have decided to skip breakfast.
