Very friendly personnel. Snow white bed sheets. Good breakfast. Enough space for parking. Excellent and free of charge wifi. Evening restaurant works top. Not a wide variety of dishes, but everything is tasty and served really quickly, although the restaurant was full of people. The price of dishes is really normal.

Breakfast juices and coffee are really of low quality. Not proper cleaning of the bathroom in the room. Climate equipment is really complicated, and there's no explanation how to use it correctly.

Classic hotel with all necessary amenities. The room had enough space with the bathroom and balcony (I'd recommend placing the table and some chairs 😃) The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are snow white and fresh. There's a common air conditioning system with a little bit complicated control. It was quite quiet during my stay. No bad restaurant with appropriate prices. The breakfast is better than in other accommodations in Turin. Good verity of food and drinks. (Only so-called juices were really water with powdered concetrates) Coffee from coffeemachine is untasty. One should oder by bar. The personnel is very hospitable and ready to react to any guest request. The price is really worthy. My conclusion is that I will certainly come again. One more convenient solution is enough parking places for cars. You could either book the place in advance(when you know that will come late) or just come and occupy any free parking place. 😉

Building is new, location 200 meters from the subway station is excellent for tourism. People are very friendly and helpful, there is a private parking place just behind the hotel, making it safe to park your car there.

Honestly, I get no negative comments as I was really surprise to get such comfort for this price. I would advise anyone to book there to visit Sofia

Rooms are comfortable and very quite. Close to the airport, juve stadium and outlet village.

Staff are a bit rude especially on the phone. They do not speak in English and when i called to advise that we forgot something in the room, first reply was that they did not find anything. It was a branded top and they only confirmed that they can give it back after three days. Also i had to be the one to call them because they did not even bother calling us to advise that we have left a jumper in the room.

To my astonishment the staff were able to accommodate gluten and dairy free and the decaf cappuccino with soya milk was probably the best I have had. No GF bread in the continental breakfast. Toast would have been amazing.

The lights on the fire escape shine very brightly into the window - I like to leave the curtains open to catch the dawn. They could place shades on the lights to reduce the light pollution. Also good for the environment.

It was a good price, breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfort, I was by car and parking was amaizing. I didnt have problem to reach city with car it was easy and not too far. If I visit Torino again I will choose again this Hotel.

When available we used the hotel parking lot but if it was occupied we used the street parking which is free It is very close to the markets like village outlet (5 minutes by car) and other stores

the light in the room was poor and it was hard to open the door with the key (regular key) in room 208, it took us few minutes to open it each time, since we where there for only 1 night we did not ask to handle it

The staff is super nice and always available

I didn’t love the surroundings of the hotel but the position is pretty close to Torino city (about 20 minutes)
