Communication with the staff and their response to our needs was superb - friendly, wellcming and efficient. The quietness, the fesh air and the garden, as well as the renovated appearence of the location and the cleanlines were particularly apealing.

We liked practically everything. It could be very helpful if there was more information on the local transport options and schedules of the public transport to downtown Florence in working and non-working days.

The Hotel was amazing!! The receptionist was so kind and explain us everything. Our room was so clean and smelling so good! We have all the facilities we need in the room: A/C, TV, hair dryer,hot water, towels, amenities, mini bar, bed was so confortable and in your room you have security box. Also is close to the bus stop. They also offer breakfast but we didn’t take that because we leave so early in the morning.

Is not something that bad, but is little far from city of Florence.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, excellent wifi. The hotel is far from the city center, but it is possible to connect by bus 15 to the "Villa Costanza" tram stop, which takes you to the very center of the city. Also, you can get to the tram station by car, as there is a vast and cheap parking lot. Excellent price-quality ratio and if we visit Florence again, we will revisit this hotel.

The Aircon was actually cold! It was so lovely! We have stayed in loads of properties that claim Aircon that are uncomfortably warm. This hotel was so refreshing. The staff were friendly and thankfully spoke excellent English. Really close the park and ride too.

Can't complain! It was excellent. Perhaps they could change their pics on booking com as the property is not green not cream.

Good value for the money, the room and balcony are cozy, and free parking within the premises. Friendly staff and good location to visit Florence and nearby towns if you bring a car. Supermarket nearby. Again, plan accordingly: the hotel is 15 minutes away from Florence by car. Expect up to one hour to commute to Florence if you use public transportation.

Might not recommend for someone trying to visit mainly Florence using public transportation only.

the staff is really nice. they informed me where to park if we want to go to florence city center. I am nervous driving to the city center so to be able to park freely and reach the city hassle free is really appreciated and making really experience to florence. Recommended if you are on the road trip with tuscany cities.

Hotel Cedri made our stay in Florence wonderful.Convenient location, wonderful room,staff and clean clean clean. It's an excellent place to explore Florence and around. Book without hesitation. Also excellent value for money. There is everything you will need around the hotel.

It seemed a very modern hotel or maybe it had been renovated. It was quite stylish. They did not serve evening meals but there was an excellent restaurant about 100 yards away which had a range of dishes at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

We had a little difficulty locating the hotel from the motorway but we arrived at a very busy time and the particular junction was very complicated, or so it seemed to us.

Much better experience than you could expect just looking at photos provided by hotel. If you're traveling by car (that's my second trip to Florence, first time I was staying in the center), location shouldn't be the problem as well.

the room was spacious and quiet and the tv size was good. The Bathroom was moderate in size with great shower pressure. Happy see a blow dryer available. Wonderful front desk staff who told us where to eat authentic Italian food. Very helpful personnel. It was located in a quiet, residential street where we could take a bus to the metro.
