We stayed here as a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

We ate in the dining room and we were asked first if we were guests of the hotel. We were then ignored for 15 minutes before someone took our order as other guests seated after us were helped more extensively than we were (explanation of menu, recommendations, general friendliness). We felt staff undermined us and did not treat us well. Food was below average for the cost. Paid 20 euros for a taxi after city tax and luggage fees even though it was a 7 minute drive to the airport.

The staff, especially Renato and his team in the diner and breakfast, were extremely amazing and helpful as they always greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. Their attitude towards me and my family were excellent,all staff were very helpful with question to get to the city centre and access to anywhere. My son has a special diet due to autism and they store his food well in their refrigerator and was always ready to assist me in the afternoon...Thank you ever soo much RENATO!!!!

Clean and in a big commercial area where it was not crowded most of the week. Parking is good however it is not free. They gave us 2 connected rooms as we travel with our kids. Staff were nice and helpful. TVs were big and smart with very fast internet. Netflix and other apps were provided

No sky Channels to wach football matches unless i did not know how to find them . My room mini bar was old and not working however my kids room was ok.

I loved the front staff, I don't know his name but he was really good at giving us a day plan of places to visit as well as a little bit of history. If it weren't for the staff, I don't think I would have enjoyed my stay as much. The location is also great.

Given the age of the hotel I didn't expect the rooms to be big... even if we got the biggest room - its still small in comparison to other hotels but that should be expected. What this hotel needs to compensate for the negative parts is just to upgrade their beds, bedding, pillows, curtains...or just complete interior design renovation. It would add a point, that I am certain.

Super clean. GREAT beds (not too firm, not too soft), Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dining area was large and safe to gather in (considering the pandemic). Hotel is nearly new, or at least looks so. Reception staff and managers were warm and gracious. GREAT People

Shower needs a water stopper at floor level as the water drips out fast and floods the floor!!! Breakfast bacon was undercooked each day we were there (3). Scrambled eggs were a little watery, but did improve on Monday. CAUTION: Watch out for those medium sized concrete boulder/posts that divide parts of the parking area: They are too small to see and you can easily back up right into them and damage your bumper/paint/lights.

Everything was clean and new, room was designed for 4 person. The sofa was turned to a full size bed. Parking was no problem. Obviously the right choice. We stayed there and went to city center by tram since there are ZTL areas.

Refrigerator was not working properly, this is the main problem in each hotel. These small refrigerators must be thrown away!

I loved I was able to check-in upon arrival after very long flights the front desk sorry about her name was exceptional she immediately gave me maps directions for bus and train, and made dinner reservations. I cant say enough about her checked in Aug 13th Saturday morning if that helps.. love her..

The bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking. Otherwise no complaints the location was perfect.

Close to the airport for our 6:00 am flight. Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff.

We thought they had an airport shuttle. A less than 10 minute taxi ride to the hotel was 22 Euros. The next morning we had a 4 am taxi and it cost 26 Euros! The most expensive taxi rides we had in 3 weeks in EU!

Very good value for money, but a bit far from the city. The public transport to the city isn't good, and the best is to go to the city centre by car. If you just pass a location and need a good place to sleep, this might be ideal.

Distance from the city. Poor public transport option. Expensive taxis to the city centre.

The checkin staff at night were exceptionally helpful and greeting. They really made the difference.
