Good accommodations, close to public transport. One morning we exited the room at about 1 o'clock, and I could see that the cleaning trolleys were past our room, but we thought we would give the door knob hanger with "please make up my room" a go, for some fresh towels (we stayed for almost a week there). Came back to a tidy room, with fresh towels and a made up bed. We had a dinosaur plushie, that was put very neatly and cutely on a pillow. Made our night!

If I am to be nit-picky, the vending machine from the ground floor had little choice for snacks, and of course they were expensive. On the upside, there are some shops nearby and some restaurants deliver to the hotel, so there are alternatives.

The room was spacious and clean. Had all the necessities we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and nice to have something to eat to start your day.

We didn't have any issues with this hotel. We picked this based on value, however, in the future we probably would prefer to stay closer to City Center area, as the bus stop was not bad, with about an 8 minute walk to it, but the bus ride into the City Center took about 40 minutes.

Prior to my staying I asked the room to be in the quietest possible area of the hotel, and then, once in bed, when I had just closed my eyes all of a sudden very loud music started coming from outside. There was a club very close had just opened. The lady at the Reception I asked to give me another room did that quickly, but the hassle of repacking my stuff and move to another room could have been easily avoided if my request hadn’t been ignored.

Standard IBIS quality, good position for business but also for visiting Florence. For going to Florence, take bus number 30 from the roundabout near Bricoman. There is free parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day.

Breakfast is very much reduced due to the pandemic compared to 2019. They used the pandemic restrictions reason to reduce the options for breakfast to minimum. You only get ham, cheese, bread, butter, croissant and jam and some cake. One day they had some yougurt, another day they had fruits. No eggs option, no vegetables, no fruits, nothing "green".

you know exactly what you’re getting. clean, relatively comfortable and close to the airport. no frills, but good.

there is parking but it was full when we got in. staff was efficient but not personable. And there were some amenities that you would expect from a business hotel but were lacking - like outlets on BOTH sides of the bed, and two extra pillows instead of only one. also, there was a hole in the wall where the doorknob had hit the wall- felt very cheap motel.

The room was clean and was comfortable for a one-night stay.

The staff was not so helpful in giving advised during checking, especially when asking about help with taxi prices. Otherwise, we did not spend much time in the hotel to give further opinion.

Good room for the price. We had rented a car and got free parking right behind the hotel. A little away from the centre but it didn't bother us.

The walls are thin. So you can hear other guests moving around or closing their doors.

Room and bathroom were excellent. Left too early for breakfast. Did have dinner at in house restaurant the evening before and found the food to be delicious and very reasonably priced

After traveling around Italy for 3 months, my last night in this country was made so comfortable by staying at this airport hotel. I do wish that they had an free airport shuttle. It cost me 20 euros for a taxi to the airport.

I needed a taxi at 4:30am. The front desk pre-ordered it and the taxi was there in the morning.

I was told that since I had paid for the breakfast, but would not be able to enjoy the buffet at 4am, there would be croissants and coffee at the bar. There was nothing.

The good value for money that IBIS hotels offer all over the world. I stayed there for more than 20 times and it's a pleasure to come back.

Wifi was not working - the network was available but it was unusable. At night they stop the heating, so at morning it gets really cold in the room.
