They have an electrical outlet to charge the electrical vehicle. The staff was very friendly and fabulous. The room was perfect and we even had a balcony. Bathroom great 😃👍 Bed very comfy and warm. Air refrigerated all night long without any disturbing noise. Breakfast wasn't great but they had fresh picked honey ! I love honey so much. 🍯🐻

The breakfast wasn't very good : Not very good products in fresh fruits and yogurts. The coffee and juices also were really bad...

Very spacious and clean hotel!! The location was great for us even though it's outside the city centre as the hotel has a private parking space which worked very well with having a car and exploring Tuscany's villages. The staff was also very polite and helpful. When there was an issue with our AC they fixed it very quickly and helped us to clean and everything.

I would say the breakfast is ok but could be improved.

Good location, though a rather longer walk to old center. Of course you can always take a bus (we did not). Very cleen room and bathroom. Great bed.

Lack of variety of food for breakfast - the same of everything every day (we were 4 days). Though I really appreciate even possibility of continental breakfast in Italy (not only sweets).

Easy access to the City by bus (although we didn't use it). Very well presented, clean, with large rooms. Staff were helpful and happy for us to take our bicycles into the rooms for 'safe-keeping'. Breakfast was comprehensive and good value. Good value for money for the quality provided given how expensive it is to stay in Siena.

Limited amount of fruit at breakfast.

A good value option to sleep somewhere quiet and escape the busy streets of Siena . Very well served by a bus service to the town centre and station although the buses don’t run late into the evening . Really excellent hot and cold buffet breakfast

Walls are a little thin and the room was warm , although the windows opened fully on the ground floor which was very nice

It’s the first time we have stayed at this hotel, we were on business. Our room was very comfortable with a little terrace, it was very clean, the bed very comfortable, lovely white sheets, pillow slips,towels with some toiletries provided and it was exceptionally clean. Very convenient for our business meetings in Siena and beyond. The staff were pleasant and helpful at reception and in the dining room. Recommend and we shall use the hotel again.

We didn’t like the bathroom, it had issues with the bidet and toilet being so close together that you couldn’t use the bidet in comfort. We had to buy a bar of soap, the provided soap was tiny, and tissues which are a usual in hotel bathrooms. The dining room is very clinical, evenings could have table cloths laid with glasses etc… However, we will use the hotel again.

Having the bus outside works really well for getting into Siena. Decent choice for breakfast and staff are really helpful.

Would have been good if there was some milk in the fridge to have an arrival drink. And complimentary water daily not just on arrival as very hot weather.

We actually used it as a base to drive around this part of Tuscany and couldn't have been better placed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or nice. The room was extremely clean and spacious. This is the first proper 4* hotel we stayed in during our trip to Tuscany that deserved this rating. Breakfast was good and with good variety. Free parking is always nice to have in Italy. Amazing what you can find if you go just 1-2km outside the city center. There is also a restaurant serving I think both lunch and dinner. We had dinner there once and was very good.

Lovely big room and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options which was great! Hotel is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Convenient as well as there is a bus stop that takes you straight into Siena town which was very useful.

It is easy to park your car outside the hotel (free parking). The food is ok - a lot of sweets and not much selection of other food (well, it is an Italian breakfast after all). Use the bus to reach the city center - there is a bus station just outside the hotel.
