Excellent communication with the property; we were arriving early evening, close to check-in cut off time, and the owner stayed to check us in, provided a map of the local area and showed us to our room. Great views across the roof tops of Siena to the Duomo, fantastic rustic ceiling in the comfortable bedroom, and a triangular shaped bathroom to fit in with the shape of the building - it was great. Breakfast was provided by the host, a cold continental style with bread, cheese, ham, fruit, yogurt, cakes and pastries and he made fresh coffee/cappucino or whatever the guest required, on request. Also provided free luggage storage on our last day. The property is on the second floor of an old building, with no lift, so not ideal for the less abled. Siena is a beautiful town, lots of little streets to wander around. A large piazza, the Duomo and museum are a must - get the combo ticket, definitely worth it. We did a Tuscan cooking experience where we learned from the chef and helped prepare a four course traditional meal, which we then ate. A fantastic experience and well worth the money.
As many properties, there is no lift and the property is on the second floor. Take it slowly, it's worth it as the property is great.

It was a beautiful room and the breakfast was nice with freshly made cappuccino. The hotel is in the center of Siena, so we could easily walk from the hotel to all the sights. We stored our luggage on the day of check-out, which was easy to arrange.
Because it was in the middle of the center, it was a bit inconvenient to get the luggage out of the car in front of the hotel (but the owner did send instructions, also to get a permit because the hotel is in a “limited traffic zone”). We parked our car in the free parking lot recommended by the personnel, but did drive in circles for at least 10 minutes before we found a spot. The room is a bit small (but we had big suitcases) but for one night it was totally fine! Communication by phone was a bit difficult, but we made it work.

The milieu was amazing, an old pretty building in a beautiful neibourghood right next to the city center and close to the railway station. The staff is very very nice and they also speak English. The room was small but beautiful and it was nice to have my own bathroom. I'd choose this one again!
The building is very old and they had problems with the bathroom: the shower was the tiniest I've ever seen and the air conditoning didn't work in the bathroom (it did make noise but the air didn't change). Also noise carries in the building very well, which was nasty.

Location was fab, staff friendly snd welcoming. We had an issue and arrived a little later than originally said and it was no problem, breakfast was small but enough. We also had an issue with our car and they were very helpful with the garage and letting us stay in the room an extra hour until sorted.
The room was very compact, very but had everything you needed. The shower was tiny but the water hot with s good pressure. Enough for a night or two but no longer.

Host was very nice, he allowed us to bring our car to the front to unload and gave us a few parking recommendations. Breakfast was great in the morning, lots of options and he made us fresh coffee to order. Very convenient location for being in Siena.
The lighting in the room was not great, especially in the lofted bed area. I also was not a fan of the lofted sleeping area. Also, the parking was not nearby, it was a 15-minute walk to the free parking.

The location of the B&B was excellent, just a short walk to all of the main sites. Our hosts provided plenty of information about arriving by car and were responsive if and when we had issues. The breakfast was tasty and there was lots to choose from.
We did find that at times we were disturbed by other guests, particularly with children that were shouting and running up and down in the room next to ours.

small vintage style room with small bathroom and aircondition right in the downtown with free parking 300 meters close, that was what we needed for 2 nights in Siena. Very clean with a nice older man who took care about checkin, checkout and breakfast. He prepared very very nice breakfast for all guests. We had some typical sweet food, fruit, cheese, ham (eggs I didnt like, it was too much cooked, sorry:)). Coffee was +- ok but I recommend to find nannini caffee (my gosh, that was sooo goood and very close to this accomodation. Siena is amazing, this accomodation was very romantic and on the best place. We will come back.

Location is perfect, building is beautiful in quirky, I felt like I was in the Da vinci Code film set. Host was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was beautiful.
We had a few issues trying to switch off the heating which seemed to be on a timer but got there eventually. Quite a few steps up to the B&B which we were OK with but older couples or people with mobility issues may find a little difficult.

The location is excellent, within the old city centre, but within easy reach of the Bus and Train Stations as well as the entry point to the city for thse walking the Via Francigena long distance footpath.
The bathroom was a little cramped and the steps up to the bed required good mobility - but all acceptable due to the need to make creative use of limited space.

The premises is well located to the bus stop for access to the train station. It is a little distance from the Campo & Cathedral but that is compensated by the beauty of the old medieval street through which one walks to get there. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good and there are additional facilities was making hot drinks, etc. There were plenty of restaurants and shops supplying necessities including food nearby.
Room security has scope for improvement. I say this because I inadvertently accessed the room of my neighbour with the key to my room; therefore it seemed likely that that neighbour (at least) could also access my room. The property is also not signed from the street but is part of a residential building, whose sign appears on the door bell list for no 52, Via Camollia.
