We absolutely loved our stay! The property is very well located, close to many attractions and restaurants in Siena. Everything was super cleaned, organized and signed. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden is gorgeous and you can have your breakfast in there. The bedroom was very comfy! It was super easy to communicate with Alberto. He accommodated our check-in, check-out and parking. Besides that, he recommended us amazing restaurants in town! We really appreciate attention to detail and he is a master on it! I couldn't recommend it more! If we ever go back to Siena we would definitely stay there again!

lovely setting close to the highlights of Siena. our room (13) overlooked the garden and beautiful valley. Woken by the sun and swifts and smell of jasmine each morning. Very comfortable and two excellent restaurants within a hundred metres in each direction. Breakfast nothing exceptional but lovely that we could sit on the terrace to eat it

A lovely boutique hotel experience in Siena. The location was perfect and the comfort level was high. Less than 15 euro to catch a taxi from the station. A perfect experience in Siena.

We have had the most amazing state at this beautiful B&B. It all starts with the wonderful communication with the hosts/owners (Laura and Alberto), who are warm, kind and knowledgeable, providing all sorts of great tips on where to eat and what to see. They were also welcoming of our kids, which was great to see. The room itself was spacious, well decorated, nicely clean and boasted an incredible view over the hills of Tuscany (and the garden in which we were able to enjoy our breakfast). The location itself is fantastic for exploring Siena itself, but also for taking the car from a nearby parking lot and exploring the region (and there is plenty to explore). There really is absolutely nothing that could be any better.

The host was excellent, helping with our bags, giving information about restaurants, and helping with special requests. The rooms and interior were beautiful. They looked newly done. Breakfast selection was very good. After check out, we left our bags until the afternoon and came back to sit in the lounge area to wait for our ride to our next destination. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. We could walk to the Campo and Duomo.

My room had an alcove that was accessed by a high step. I had a little trouble going up and down the step. The a/c and refrigerator didn't seem to operate at a good capacity.

What a lovely lovely place. It was one of my favorite places that I stayed during my 3 1/2 weeks in Italy. Very central, quiet, charming. The room was really top drawer. The entire facility was top drawer. The host went above and beyond the call of duty, booking train tickets for us for the following day and booking a taxi. The lovely terrace for breakfast was great, and the breakfast was suberb. The gardens were a place you wanted to hang out. (There was a comfy lobby where you could wait for your taxi and use a rest room as well). There was fresh water left for us in our room in a beautiful decanter and fancy glasses. Really everything about this place is FIRST CLASS!!! Would definately book this place again. P.S. Make sure you check out L'Orto de Pecci.Google it up as it is a must see and go to place!! You will be totally awed.

This is a small hotel (12 rooms) that is in an old building where the lower floors were converted into a hotel 3 years ago. The conversion is outstanding with a very sympathetic modern style while retaining the charm of the original structure. For instance in the lower level where we had breakfast there is a well and passage to a cave under the building. The hotel is in easy walking distance to all of the sites in Sienna and is on a relatively flat road (lots of steep roads in Sienna) that forms part of the Via Francigena. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance. When we arrived from Firenza we came by bus (131R) and walked the 15 minutes from the main bus terminal and left the same way. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff are extremely helpful, recommending us a restaurant on our first night and booking it for us (we also ate there the next night as it was so good). Throughout the stay they were always very attentive. The room was cleaned each day. Very unusually for Siena the hotel has a private garden that overlooks a green space within the city walls. Since it rained on 2 /3 days we stayed we only managed a quick walk in the garden but in good , warm weather it would be a nice place to have breakfast or sit with a coffee or drink. The hotel has a lift, which would be a bonus for those who cannot manage too many stairs. The room that we had was on the second floor at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden and out toward the countryside. We had a good sized double bed. This was one of the smaller rooms but still plenty big enough. The room had a small fridge and the bathroom was very modern, with shower. The room was extremely quiet with no road noise. We had breakfast included which was a good selection of pastries, cold meats and cheese, cereal and we had freshly cooked scrambled eggs.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and the only other thing that could have been better was the weather!

My room smelled a bit like cigarettes even though it is a non smoking property. I aired it out and I can tell they work hard to keep the rooms clean. Not the hosts fault but likely the prior guest. Was much better by the time I left. :)

The close proximity to the main sights and the 15min walk to the main bus station was fantastic. We reached Siena from Florence using the 131R bus. The hotel does not have an 'obvious' entrance door and can easily be missed in the dark. The welcome we received was amazing and so was the room facing the garden. We would definitely return despite the hotel not having a 24hour reception ( if you need anything you can contact staff via WhatsApp which is really useful and quick!)

Breakfast could have been better: we stayed in February (low season) but staff only cleared the tables after guests had finished their breakfast. The tables are quite small, so we ended up moving used plates to the next table to have space. The food choice is good but some hot items were cold.

This property is absolutely beautiful and situated very close to the centre of Sienna and famous El Campo square. Our room was exceptionally quiet and perfectly cool which was bliss after the hot hustle and bustle outside. Alberto was a delightful host and very helpful. The hotel served breakfast each morning of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, eggs and coffee which was a perfect start to the day. We would thoroughly recommend!
