The location was great. Although at the time we arrived the narrow street was very bust so we could not be dropped off in front. We didn't have to walk far though. The room was very clean and quiet. The person who checked us in was helpful and ordered a cab for us for the next day. We were only there for one night and left very early in the morning so we didn't get to experience the breakfast but if I'm ever in Siena again, I would likely stay there.

Super convenient location just next to Sephora, can’t get any more central than this really. Staff was helpful with our questions for the area or request for more amenities. They also allowed luggage storage post checkout.

It’s not a hotel so didn’t expect exceptional service, you get what you pay for so it was fine.

Location was excellent! The room was large, very quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great and the shower was good. Air conditioning worked well and the hosts (family) were very nice.

The only reason I didn't give a higher rating was because there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. We stayed for two nights but towels only get changed after three nights, so it's important that they can dry properly. Not sure why this is called a bed & breakfast - there is no breakfast available.

the entrance to elevator and the elevator is used by common office areas is not kept swept and clean. not owned by Siena Gallery and not their responsibility but it is a bit off putting. I find it common practice during this stay in Italy to use only a duvet and no top sheet. it’s not to my liking.

Excellent location near all major sites on charming historic street. Historic building, modern interior renovation. Hotel located on part of fourth floor, accessible by elevator. Four guest rooms. Furnishings and fixtures a little worn, but adequate. Small window on back alley, so very quiet. We were the only ones there so we enjoyed the common area by ourselves, which had a microwave and dishwater. Excellent and friendly staff, who arranged for us to check in early. Staff present only during check-in.

Would be nice to have more light in the room and common area. Wi-Fi was adequate for Email, but too slow for uploading photos to the cloud. It was chilly when we visited in October, so we appreciated the extra blankets. No heat until November.

The location was excellent, right downtown.

The bathroom could use a renovation as it was located on 2 levels which caused the toilette to be positioned at a very awkward level. The building in which the apartment is located is really run down . Good place for a student.

Entrance and elevator area. Also it would have been good to know ahead of time that the location is in a no-vehicle location (we found out after the reservation was made)

The B&B is in the very center of Siena, close to all the interesting sightseeing places. The room are clean, and quite big. The owners were very kind and they let us check in also later than the check-in time.

The palace is not that beatufil, break fast was not included and the were no free toiletries and no hair dryer.

The hotel is located very close to the center. Rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The view from the room is also very interesting.
