Everything 🙂 the hotel was spotless clean and although we stayed in a standard room we still had a lake view and it had everything we needed and as I said was very clean. We also had a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers which we used on one day of our holiday as there is so much to do outside of the hotel we didn’t have time to sunbathe. We honestly can’t fault the hotel. The staff always had a smile and a big hello and went above and beyond to help with any questions we had and were extremely helpful helping us organise trips etc. All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Hotel is a little out of the way from the centre of Sirmione(about 20mins walk) but a short 5 min walk and there is a bus stop where the shuttle bus stops and for 2 euros takes you right down to the castle entrance and into the Old town which is beautiful.

The rooms felt modern and clean. The pool was perfect - loved the shallow bit to sit and chill on and the hot tub was nice and warm but not too hot. Loungers were comfortable too. Room was clean, we had enough different sized towels, robes, slippers, flip flops and pool towels. Also an extra duvet and pillows was really great to have in the room. The bar was always open for drinks by the pool or on the terrace bit. Some of the pics online don’t do this place justice. Staff were friendly and accommodating, booked us a taxi to the airport when we left. Location was good. Really pleasantly surprised actually, it was a good price so didn’t have really high expectations.

I found the bed quite uncomfortable, and the pillows hard. But it didn’t ruin my stay. We have a VERY comfortable bed at home so it’s hard to match. The location was good, but the restaurants nearby don’t open until around 7pm which is a bit late for us. There’s a lot more restaurants up on the peninsula and they are open all day until late, we were fine walking up there (about 40 min walk, and it’s a nice walk) but there is a shuttle bus you can get if you don’t fancy walking.

The hotel staff were very professional, very welcoming and the hotel itself was always clean. The rooms were a good size and had the necessities needed (air con, hairdryer, mini fridge, safe, fresh towels, toiletries and a lovely view). For me, the hotel was in a good location, a quiet area and within walking distance from a couple of beaches and restaurants. Hiring a car is a great way to get around!

The only criticism would be the breakfast is pretty much the same each day, however, there's lots to choose from.

The room had a great size and comfortable bed. Good breakfast, with everything you need. Pool area was very good, the small warm pool was perfect for our baby. All areas was very well taking care. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location also great, walking distance to Castle of Sirmione about 30-35 min, but you can also take a bus or rent a bike.

The dinner was pretty much a standard of a “all inclusive/ half pension” dinner. It was a menu but nothing special. Just a tip, they could have a microwave available for guests with kids.

Very clean, spacious rooms with good facilities and air conditioning. Lovely pool area with good size pool, sun beds and umbrellas. Good breakfast selection, a good evening menu served very quickly and efficiently by friendly and welcoming staff. Reception happy to help with queries, providing information and getting taxi’s booked.

Not much to dislike, a couple of tips for travelling around - the buses seem to only loosely follow the stated timetables which is no problem unless you have to be somewhere at a set time. They also get very busy during peak holiday season. You can buy a ticket on the bus but it’s much cheaper to buy them at the tourist info points or tabacchi beforehand if you can. It’s about a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the historic centre of Sirmione or there is a shuttle bus you can catch.

Great staff that could not do enough for you About one and a half miles from the centre that suited us as we like a good walk there was a shuttle bus every 15 minutes into the town about a 3minute walk to the bus stop Nice swimming pool breakfast mostly continental except fried eggs every other day on the other day scrambled eggs

Only done light snacks at lunch time Everything else good

The assistance and warm welcome offered by Reception and hospitality team. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and the restaurant team presented a desert of tiramisu plus lit candle as a special surprise. Thank you so much🙏 The reception team had organised a private taxi for pick up and departure to Verona airport by negotiation with us at the time of booking our holiday. The taxi firm was very professional with new vehicles and friendly drivers. Our arrival flight had been delayed and we were anxious that the taxi would have left by the time we landed, but the flight had been tracked by our driver and despite the delay he was very welcoming and professional.

The formal reception area is very attractive but was utilised by Group bookings, presumably for info and welcome. Possible alternative would be the lounge for such briefings. It seemed to be under utilised, with only my husband and I sitting in it during the whole week of our stay. May I also suggest, more attractive soft lighting in this area to make it more welcoming. The seating was very comfortable but it could be made a little more attractive with minimal attention.

We got very large renovated rooms. There was some type of separation between the parents and the kids which was a big advantage. The shower is also large and very comfortable. We had a great time and we'll surely come back.

I didn't like the fact that people were smoking around the pool. It's an open area and i just moved to another bed but I could have done without the smoking. There isn't a life guard at the pool or someone in charge. Having said that, i'll still come back to this hotel again.

The staff were excellent during our stay from the receptionist upon arrival, cleaner who was friendly and the waiter staff in particular Gaia. The room was a nice size for our little family, clean and the TV had sky channels in English which was ideal for the little ones. The hotel is located a 2 min walk from the bus into Sirmione which is the quickest way to get to the old town. The terrace serves some lovely food and the pool area is clean and great for kids and adults alike with plenty of sunbeds.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very good close to the city of Sirmione and considering the traffic I think it was a very good choice. The room was big, the bathroom very nice and we had a lovely outside terrace. The breakfast was good. We really liked that they had bicycles to rent and we went to Sirmione by bike which was lovely.

The only thing was that we didn’t find a parking space when we arrived although we called and told them we will arrive late. But I don’t think it was something the hotel could do.
