It was so clean and the design so cozy that it felt okay not to go out and explore the dolomiti. From the balcony it already has the best view.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was exquisite - really caring, without seeming fake. The vibe of the hotel is extraordinary. Spacious, clean, nice. The restaurants were very tasty. Location is unbeatable. We absolutely loved this hotel.

Because this is Europe, there's no AC, and the lowest heat temperature you can set the room to is 75F. I wish they would allow you to set the heat to go to 65F.

The Como was a sanctuary. The hotel has all the quality you’d expect of a Como hotel. Breakfast was very good. The steak and pizza restaurant was good, we ate there twice. It was relaxing enjoying a drink and sunset in the outdoor terrace. We also used the indoor swimming pool which connects to the outdoor pool. The highlight activity was riding an e-bike with the hotel guide across the plains. I highly recommend the Como Alpe di Siusi

Everything! The room was beautiful, the food was wonderful, and the spa services and facilities were luxurious. Had an amazing massage and even bought some of their wonderful products. The staff here are exceptional-they attend to everything you need and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and attended to.

Absolutely nothing.

At first we booked this hotel because of the location because we dont want to worry about the road closure timing, and with the reservation we can drive up to the hotel at anytime we want. We have to admitted the price of this hotel is quite high but it was worth it!! The location is great, the view from your room is spectacular, the food here is remarkable (it is one of the best meals we had in the dolomites).

Breakfast line could have more varieties.

The location is wonderful for exploring the beautiful hiking trails right outside the door - especially if you wish to hike at sunrise, like we did. The room is very large and comfortable and the bath is luxurious. We loved the architecture and having our own balcony overlooking the scenery. The breakfast is also unmatched!

The lunch and dinner options are limited in the area and the restaurants in the hotel were closed one of the days we were there.

The breakfast was good, but my expectations for a five stars hotel in the heart of the Dolomites were a bit higher. The variety and quality of the food were good, not exceptional.

The colours and general vibes of the hotel were "cold". I mean, it's very nice, but it has like 2010s vibes. I can't identify something wrong, it was just my impression.

Ski rooms and rental far from main building, you need to walk down thru the tunnel. The hotel is not actually ski-in. It is ski-out, you can ski down to the ski lift, but to come back to the hotel you need to ski up the hill, which is not very convenient.

Luxury Hotel with a beautiful view to the mountains from the window/terrace. Very friendly staff. Three restaurants to choose from. A number of hiking tracks in the area.

On the day if departure we wanted to use outside pool but it was closed (should be open from 7:00).

Beautiful property in Alpi Di Siusi with easy access to the hiking path. The hotel is equipped with hiking gears for the guests to use. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel has daily activities including Pilates core, stretching and aroma sauna sessions. The 3 restaurants on the property were all good.
