This property is in the heart of Sorrento with shops, restaurants, bus, train and ferry all within easy walking distance. The rooms are large, well equipped and immaculately clean. Our room had a small balcony with a view to the Piazza. We found the staff very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a great variety of choices.

Novella recommended Parrucchiano restaurant which was fantastic setting & food. Breakfast was very good with friendly staff. Hotel manager was very helpful & attentive. Great location o beaches & dining.

A/C was not great. You have to remove room key which is normal thru-out Europe but turns everything off. Room was sweltering hot upon return. Took 3-4 hours to cool down making harder to fall asleep. Day 2 I propped door open as opened windows for 5 minutes to try & create a draft to get heat out so a/c would work quicker Very, very slippery bath & shower floors. BE CAREFUL. They gave us a shower floor mat which greatly helped.

We loved our stay. The location was excellent, just 2 mins by taxi or a 8min walk from both the train station or if you get the ferry from the port.The views from our balcony were beautiful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. This hotel had all amenities such as tea /coffee making facilities in the room, it had the best hairdryer I have ever used in any hotel no need to bring one with you if you are staying here .The mini bar was well stocked and house keeping was excellent. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We asked could they organise a tour for us for the next day and it was no problem, Nicholi was so helpful. A big thank to him. The tour bus collected us right outside our hotel and we had an amazing tour with Andre to amalfi and positano. When we were leaving they stored our bags for us most of the day and the taxis park right outside the front door of the hotel so convenient. A big thank you to the staff of this beautiful hotel. We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect size & rate for our family plus good location close to shops& restaurants

the location was wonderful. The gave helpful recommendations for where to eat and things to do during our stay. Again the location could not have been better.

I would recommend the hotel leaving free water in the room and not charging you for that. The staff were helpful but not overly friendly. They will arrange travel for you but we found it was easy enough to arrange ourselves.

Checki-in was fast and efficiently friendly. Many steps to the beach that I fine with, however there is an elevator to bring you up or down to the beach and the center

Price for ride to Naples airport was very expensive not including tip and only cash for payment option. Alternative public bus was over a block away ...not convenient for for anyone bringing luggage.

Great central location, shops and restaurants on your doorstep, few minutes from the train station, and the sea. Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Fabulous breakfast with good selection. We couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely stay there again if visiting Sorrento.

Went for the basic room, a balcony would have been an added bonus.

This hotel was an amazing find! It’s in the perfect location in the heart of Sorrento near key sites and meeting points, but back from the main strip so you don’t get any noise at all. It was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were really friendly. I have coeliac disease and was worried whether there would be anything for me to eat at breakfast, but the amazing kitchen staff always ensured I had multiple gluten free options to enjoy every morning.
