It was pretty spacious, kitchen/living room with tv & sofa, bedroom & bathroom were spacious, enough room. Closet & ironing board. A small balcony. With privacy shade if you want to sleep in a little late. It was next to the train station, the bus that takes you to the airport is across from the train station. Very convenient location, restaurants, coffee shop & grocery store around the corner. Pharmacy & other stores around the corner. Walk to the ferry was about 15 minutes. Host Franca super nice and friendly, recommend a great restaurant below the apartment with great prices.

I was happy with everything.

The location was great. It took about 1 minute to walk to the train station and it was just off the Main Street, so was easy to wonder down and find restaurants to eat. The bedroom has a great TV and the bed was comfortable.

I would be good to have a few more hooks on the wall in the bathroom, so you can hang your towels/ hand towel. Also on our last morning, there was no hot water, so it was a very cold shower, but I think that might have been because of the electrical storm we had during the night. The host came and fixed it as we were checking out.

This is exceptional accommodation with excellent location. Franca could not have been nicer . We made a friend we hope we can return over and over

A lot of doors to go through to get to unit. Poor view could hear voices. In neighbouring units.

Convenient location a few minutes away from Sorrento Train Station and Bus Station and a walkable distance to the ferry terminal. Nice cosy studio apartment with a small kitchenette and utensils and cookware if required. Friendly and helpful host that assisted with our check in and check out and directions and advice around the area. Lift available for those with baggages.

No toiletries provided but you can purchase them easily from the store downstairs or supermarket a few minutes away.

The apartment was a very short walk from train station as well as the main streets. Location was excellent. Good restaurant, cafe and gelato down stairs. Supermarket around the corner. The property was clean and comfortable. Our host was friendly and helpful. Good wifi.

I asked for an additional pillow as I have neck problems but I was told it was not possible to be provided. There was no shower gel but there was a shop downstairs where it could be purchased.

We wanted a place that was close to the train station, had a lift, a sofa and a kitchenette. This ticked all the boxes. Franca was lovely and very helpful. The apartment is metres from the main street and the bus at the station gets you down to the Marina without all the stairs if mobility is an issue. It has a very clean bathroom with a great shower, which was so good after a long day's exploring the region.

Two steps from Gelato shop, supermarket is a skip and a hop as is the train station. Quiet apartment at night which is when you need it for a good night sleep. Apartment is in down town sorrento. Comfortable and big king bed. Shower was good... Keep the showers brief. Franca (the owner) sister who is on the same floor being there to help us out in time of need. Franca can communicate in English and always there to help . Tip.. button by windows put down blinds on outside of building.. We do not have these in our country.

No extraction fan when we cooked. No tea towel maybe we should have asked. Being able to hear the people in the apartment next door going about their business.

We loved the location. Close to the railway station and buses, a very short walk to shops, restaurants, supermarket and central to both piazzas. We walked a short distance to reach the path down to the beaches and harbour. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean but could do with a few updates. This is not a negative, we had all that we needed to feel like we were coming home each day after our activities.

The location was excellent for us, close to the train and also the Square/Piazza. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The host, Franca is lovely and very helpful and accommodating

Some of the sensor locks had been damaged, so we had keys to four doors which was ok when we had been in and out a few times, but a little confusing at first( suggest you make a note of which key/ which door )
