What a lovely little gem of a place, very modern, spectacular lobby & landings with glass floors and transparent lift, the receptionist was very helpful, the room was clean and was equipped with euro plug sockets, when we stayed we had the added touch of a complimentary water bottle for use while at the hotel, and for us to take away, also the breakfast in the restaurant was set out very well and the lady serving was very nice too, Thank you for the pleasant stay

On our trip we stayed at 5 different hotels/properties and at this one only a couple of things bothered us and that was that there was no milk or coffee in the room (there was a kettle and tea bags though) also the shower head was in need of a clean as was shooting water in all directions (albeit it is good shower head), and if you like a dark room like I do, the window in the shower lets in light from the landing and make the room light (on this occasion I was exhausted so didn’t really affect me) however non of this really affected our stay in anyway just a providing an honest review on what we found

Fantastic and modern property. Stayed 1 night after taking the Bernini Express. We found the host and the property lovely. The town was surprisingly charming, wish we had stayed another night to explore. I will definitely recommend.

The elevator didn’t work initially but we figured out that we overloaded it. Once we lightened the load it worked fine. Request a 2nd key as anytime someone leaves the room with the key the lights will shut off. Glass floors were amazing but a little vertigo inducing, eyes up!

The room was immaculately clean and modern. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I liked the roof terrace and its view. I liked the easy checkin and checkout. We really liked the breakfast downstairs.

The glass floors are really unsettling. Would be great if there was some instructions for the lights. We didn’t know how to close the blinds and bright light shine into the room where my son slept. He found it hard to sleep because of the light. Our room for 3 only had one person couch so it needed more lounge seating. Would be helpful if the interconnecting door could be opened. We liked how there was a place for suitcases in the bedroom. It would be better if a place could be made for a suitcase in the main area for the single bed. Eg. A suitcase stand

Lovely modern, clean hotel with an excellent location.

The on line check in system didn’t work and was not a seemless process. 1 room card didn’t work and actually opened a different allocated room. We had to wait 15 mins for somebody to arrive and sort this. We had also paid for breakfast but the member of staff serving who didn’t speak English, refused us entry until we spoke to another person on the phone!! Very embarrassing. This needs sorting!!

Rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable with quality linen. I especially loved the handwash. Breakfast included a good range of products. A nice touch is the gift of water bottles to guests and there is a communal lounge with dispenser to fill those bottles with still or fizzy water. Staff very pleasant and caring,

Nothing that we didn’t like, but just a suggestion that electric jugs and coffee/tea making facilities be included in all rooms.

It was the first time we'd used a self check in at a hotel but it worked fine and our room key was waiting on the front desk. The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop terrace has stunning views of Tirano. The complimentary 'Chilly' type water bottles in the rooms were great and the little touches around the hotel for sustainability didn't go unnoticed.

I wished I'd have known about the glass floors and stairs! They're quite disorientating and after filling up his water bottle in the lounge area, my husband took a wrong turning and fell down the stairs. Thankfully he managed to stay on his feet and just grazed his arm but was a little shook up. They look very impressive but I know lots of people who wouldn't have even got out of the lift.

Ultra modern hotel. About a 10 min walk from train station, in a great location. They give you these great aluminum water bottles as a gift…very nice! We were able to check in while there was someone at desk…apparent,y that’s only between 5-7pm. Otherwise, you’re given a code for outside door and they leave your room key sitting on the front desk with your name on it!! How can this be safe? If I was a female traveling alone, I’d be having a fit over this.

When I booked, it said breakfast 7-10am. Front desk girl told me same thing. We go down to breakfast, guy asks room number, he looks at the sheet and says we don’t get the free breakfast…huh? I pull out my Booking.com confirmation where it says breakfast is 7-10…”well, yes, that’s when it’s served, it’s not free”. So that was awkward. We just paid for it bc we didn’t have to time to go anywhere else. It was about $12 USD, so no big deal, but the breakfast was crap. Plan on eating elsewhere.

Very modern design, extremely clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom and living room, electric blinds, equipped kitchen, great location and quiet at night.

Our apartment was conjoined with another one with a locked door that requires soundproofing! We could hear people zipping their suitcases, tv, even yawning.. thank god there was no bed noises or my kids could hear it!! Absolutely ridiculous! Breakfast was a joke. Few slices of braseola and cheese, two boiled eggs (not freshly cooked by the look of green yolk) tiny buns and butter. The rest was sweet yogurts, croissants etc. we don’t eat sweet breakfasts so there was nothing we could eat basically.

The bed, sheets and pillows were SUPERB!!! The glass bathroom is equipped with shower cap, a really good shampoo and conditioner! the shower with great water pressure. In the room, it was spacious with seating area with air cond, a table (so useful), wardrobe, safety deposit, mini fridge. An easy walk from the Tirano train station. Centrally located at the Piazza Cavour surrounded by restaurants. The hotel receptionist was easy to contact via WhatsApp. We read the instructions to check in online and once we did, check in was easy! And they recommended a great place to have nice dinner just a 5 mins walk away What a refreshing modern design the interior of the hotel was, with glass flooring, glass lift and cool tones. We really like the contrast to the historical buildings surrounding it. The hotel as a lounge with vending machines to purchase toothbrushes, slippers and some light snacks. The hotel provided us with light weight water bottles which were a really nice touch.

The staff are very welcoming and amazing. The breakfast is outstanding. Our hotel room was 10 out of 10 for cleanliness.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would say if you are very afraid of heights the entire staircase and every floor is glass little scary if you are nervous but we found it lovely
