A perfect, cozy little hotel with a family feeling. The owner was super welcoming, kind and accommodated any of our requests promptly. Our room had plenty of space and was perfectly set up to be used with our 4-month old baby. Breakfast is absolutely stellar!

Pillows were thin and hard, not really my favorite style and would probably benefit from being replaced entirely. While common areas (such as the breakfast rooms and the dehors) are lovely, some of the room furniture is a bit dated, and not in a charming way :)

We Love this Hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the location is perfect, central and a short walk to the ski lifts, but mostly, the kindness of the hosts is outstanding. They go above and beyond for their guests and treat you like a guest in their home. I would highly recommend this place.

It was ideal.

The room had its own independent access, it was spacious with balcony and very nice views. The Staff were exceptionally accommodating and hospitable. The Hotel has a family oriented feel while maintaining a professional service. Location is also not too far from slopes and near a few good restaurants. The staff is amazing, very attentive and kind. The breakfast was abundant, the room cleaned and shiny every day. The women managing the hotel are always available and help you find the best solution to any problem you might have :)

Nice location close to baradello, amazing breakfast that friendly and welcoming hosts offer you when you check out. The room was very warm and also the shower. Also the check in hour is quite comfortable to be in Aprica. Absolute a 10

Nothing, but it is about 70m set back from the road, not too visible if heading north, but good signage heading south. Plenty places to eat within a few minutes walking. Parking, and a lift to all floors

The location of the hotel is really good - very close to everything. The room was big and had everything it needed. For us, this hotel gets top marks for the awesome people who run it, who will answer all your questions, go above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome stay and make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much to ask for, and they always have a smile on their face. I can't recommend them enough. Breakfast was also really good with lots of options available to suit everyone.

The owners are extremely welcoming, we really loved this hotel. Great breakfast and great location. 5 mins walk to the butt tow and then you can ski to the main gondola or lift.

Our only grip was the shower had low pressure.

The property is very clean, cosy and charming showing original features of the building. Shower lovely and hot, rooms clean and tidy and cleaned every day.

Absolutely nothing! Maybe the pillows could be softer.

Nice place, super original, nice and clean room and bathroom. excellent breakfast. Ladies taking care of everything are super friendly and take good care of their customers. excellent protected and covered garage for motorbike.
